As her PoV shows, she is frustrated with Hazou's social skills. Something useful we can do with that? Try to use this shared frustration as a point of bonding? Ask for advice? Propose to her immediately, describing mutual benefits of this arrangement in an emotionless voice? Just some ideas.
Also, perhaps we should ask her about where the rumor came from; she probably already knows. Why do that? Because I think we need to orchestrate for Shiori to finally come to her senses — before she stops being a comic relief and does something even more inconvenient, like pull a Hana and make Keiko sad. Not a high priority, granted.

Now that the controversy about the end of the chapter has calmed down (and for the record I'm really happy with how it turned out: some people were off-put but everyone was respectful talking about it and there wasn't really any salt), it would be a shame if we didn't pay attention to the great stuff earlier in the chapter:
Now maybe this is just me being inordinately fond of the concept of taming monsters and riding them into battle, but even apart from how well-constructed these two paragraphs are I love that Keiko's getting a chakra pony. We're bound to see all sorts of interesting chakra beast things as it grows up, it can help Keiko become familiar with touching other living beings, and will just generally help Keiko look cool.

Eh, Shiori's delusions were relatively harmless until she brought them to Anko. On her own it really isn't that bad, and it does lead to entertaining internal monologues, so I'd be a bit said if it just went away entirely.

Given Hana's substance abuse problems, and the many ways in which she and Hazou are psychologically similar, it's probably safest for him to refrain.
After all, we need to pour XP into the Iron Liver stunt ASAP if we want to make S-Rank. Iron Lung is fine, but it can wait.
