Well obviously. The Nara were part of the Animal Sages sealed by the Dummy and Dummy's brother as the deer summon; due to Hivemind hence Hazou hence Keiko interference they managed to return to human form, but in the past.
As proof, there has been no mention of Nara's canon characteristic deer husbandry in story.

A couple possibilities spring to mind, but none that I think aren't antagonistic to some of the clan heirs present (pin it on those Hyuga perves!, etc.)
There is going to have to be some way to divert the flow, instead of reversing it entirely. Maybe play up the "Hazou, a man of virtuous righteousness, denies the advances of blah blah blah. Its like he's right out of a storybook!" or somesuch.

Do take note of @thamuzz's exact words. Not "Hazou will be able to hold this over Keiko", "we will be able". The outside-context collective currently using Hazou as a vessel, not the vessel itself.
I have no doubt Keiko can end Hazou. But can she actually hurt us? I don't know. I'd love to see her try.

I'm floating this idea not because it's a good one or that I'll vote for it, but because I think it's very easy, and will get any potential heat off our backs for the "orgy", We could pin it right on Anko if we actively smear her for trying to start an orgy at the Gouketsu gaming night. Something like "Can you believe that Anko was trying to get it on with all those clan heirs? What's her goal?" and "Even Hana Hyuuga was there, and she's only 9! Good thing she left before Anko got started..." I'm not sure what Anko's rep is in MfD, but Shino said that she had a certain reputation for such things, so she might be a vulnerable target to pin things on. People will be inclined to believe that she started it simply because they want to believe bad things about "bad people".
Why this is a bad idea (in no particular order):
- Anko is Mari's friend, and Mari needs friends right now
- She's also a jounin and could kick our asses if she found out
- If our beliefs about her low reputation are true, she could be more easily converted to "Uplift ideals"/"starry-eyed minion" as the case may be, as we could perhaps provide sponsorship that she would have trouble finding elsewhere.
- We (the hivemind) would be attacking a woman's character when we know that the actual orgy rumour started with Shiori
- Probably goes against Hazou's personality, as he has been in a bad-rep place before, and was considered the "troublemaker" at school, he likely got blamed for stuff that wasn't strictly his fault as well.
- I doubt there is going to be a big fallout from the "orgy" anyway. Seeing as nothing happened except a strange rumour and Anko pressuring Hazou, it's not all too difficult for us to laugh it off.

Simultaneously, I find that it is quite tactful to have some suggestions prepared when posing the "How can I make this up to you?" bit of an apology.
Likewise, I note that we are already planning on fighting a pile of Jonin.

Don't have time right now to decide which plan to vote for, but I gave each of them a look for things that stuck out as potential pitfalls.
Will think more on the plans later when I've got more spare time.
I know it says to work with Jiraiya when he's available, but the Mountain seals in particular Jiraiya treated as something all three Goketsu sealmasters would work on together, so it would be kind of rude to start without him. And since he's pretty busy these days, we can't count on him being available if we do get to them, so I think I'd prefer stricter wording on it being a project for the three of us.
That tense issue again, we're not trying to tell Ino that she's taking up music.
I am concerned that Hazou reading Icha Icha for the first time right after Anko undressed in front of him might lead to bad implications there. I mean, if we want Hazou to actually become perverted like that it seems fine, but I don't think that was the direction you were taking it.

If her father would feel better by beating up on some almost-chuunin then that just reflects poorly on him. It would be really scummy. And I don't think throwing money at an apology is a good look either.
If Hazou is sorry then say he's sorry and let that be the end of it.

According to Jiraiya, the heirs know about the skywalkers, and will be in massive trouble if they so much as allude to them in front of anyone but a clan head.
The clearance on using them is you don't. Unless the Hokage believes otherwise, there is nothing you can do with them that's more valuable than having a war-ending trump card.
