I'm sorry to keep being contrarian, I'm not trying to just shoot down everything you say, I swear, but no. Sage Mode is something you don't try to learn unless you're Jiraiya-level talented. One mistake in training turns you to stone. Statistically, if we asked Noburi to learn it, then at the end of it there would be a few timelines with Sage-Noburis in them, and a lot of timelines with statues in them.
Depends on how things go. Should he get a summoning scroll, and the Toads be as good at training Sage mode as in canon, it's possible Jiraiya could arrange for him to get training with them. The whole "stick that knocks the natural chakra out of you" thing is pretty cool
Options to take care of Nature Chakra that may be placed in Hazou's head should he be made aware of the problem; or in Jiraiya's, as he'd know better than Hazou:
Fetch Team Kurenai
Hinata may be able to cause them to "bleed" chakra by damaging a tenketsu
Shino may be able to drain it out
Noburi drains it into the aether (by which I mean into water on the ground or whatever), bypassing his chakra system, if possible
If Jiraiya thinks he could get rid of the nature chakra from someone with more immediate exposure more easily, that's also a possibility

If we could pull it off, however, sage mode is a technique that matches the mangekyo sharingan (arguably better, in fact). It's hardly godhood in a shot, but it would indisputably catapult him to S rank.
I'm not sure whether Noburi can bypass his own chakra system, but the Aburame one should work. Especially if a Hyuuga was carefully watching natural energy levels and telling the Aburame how much to siphon off.
Holy crap, did we just hand Leaf the key to Sage-training all their ninja?
I mean, even an imperative like "Go get Team Kurenai: [Reasons]" would come across as an order to his kage in the context of such a situation around other people.
1. The Toads have a secret oil on their mountain that makes drawing in natural energy much easier (which we might have a hard time getting access to, and the fact that its secret seems to indicate that other summoning clans [or at least not all of them] don't have access to something similar in canon) 3:14 in the video
2. According to the video (and its translation) if you take in too much natural energy you'll turn into a frog forever (or whatever the respective clan you learned the technique from presumably because the White Snake Sage warns Orochimaru about turning into a snake when he tries to learn senjutsu) and then ALSO turn into stone? The manga isn't much clearer about this:
EDIT: For anyone wondering I got this from chapter 410 of the manga
I'm not really sure how this works? Clearly Fukusaka (the old toad) is able to stop the transformation into a frog, but if thats true then why would any summoner attempt to train by themselves and risk getting turned into stone (as clearly some have per the video and manga). With this (rediscovered) information I'm assuming there is some good news and some bad news if the natural energy really is the problem.
Good news: its possible for the petrification to be stopped before it happens.
Bad news: it seems to happen relatively quickly, and if the process is unique to each Summoning Clan then there is a chance that Fukusaka can't reverse it if people begin to turn into pangolins.
I think that's been addressed. The Mori voice is the voice of the world's chakra that was created by the Sage. It's superintelligent, smart enough to do practically anything, but utterly passive with no initiative whatsoever. It can answer all sorts of questions and analyze nearly anything but calling on that power brings along the 'just lay down and do nothing, nothing's worth the bother of effort, you'd probably just lose anyway' baggage.

That's the most popular guess right now, but the closest we have to anything IC about it that I remember is Kagome's theory on the nature of chakra. While it's entirely possible that Kagome is accurate there, we have to take everything he says with a grain of salt, and even then there was no outright connection made to the Mori Voice, not even as speculation (that I remember, anyways).
I think it's plausible, but we're a long long way from actually knowing.

An InsufficientVelocity Omake
"He did what?!?" Inoichi's wife called out with a screech. It was then that he knew there was going to be trouble. The only question was, with who?
Putting down his work, Inoichi walked out of his office and into the dining room, where he could see his wife and his daughter, Ino, in conversation. Well, if his wife's face was anything to go by, it wasn't good. Thankfully, she didn't appear to be mad at Ino, or at least not mostly. He despised getting in the middle of those arguments; there was never a safe or productive side to pick, and staying out wasn't an option. Then, his eyes caught onto something, and his eyes froze. Flowers, and in a bouquet to boot.
Taking great care not to overreact, Inoichi turned to his daughter, who had not appeared to notice his arrival. In a calm tone of voice, he asked, "Ino, dear, where are those flowers from?" As he looked more closely, however, the need to know the answer skyrocketed. Holly. Hydrangea. White Lily. Cherry Blossoms. Daffodil. Cactus. To anyone with the slightest training in the meaning of flowers, the message was obvious: 'It's heavenly to be with you, you're the only one for me - will you join me in lasting domestic bliss?' Who was it? It wasn't likely to be one of the boys; Shikamaru and Choji had never shown any real inklings of that. Perhaps one of the kids of her graduating class?
To his rising horror, Ino responded with a blush on her face. "Father, it was Kurosuwa - you know, Jiraiya's missing nin agents who our team is guarding?" That was officially it. He had a lot of respect for Jiraiya - the man had done great things for the leaf - but this was too far, even for his agents. He'd make it up to the man later.
As he entered the compound where the "dignitaries" were staying, everyone took one look at the expression on his face before wisely getting out of the way. Even the ANBU wouldn't interfere; he'd worked with them long enough for them to know that sometimes there wasn't any use stopping him. Oh, if he went insane and tried to hurt the Hokage, they'd still deal with him, but for anything less they wouldn't bother. Besides, he wasn't even going to hurt the charges, even in the worst case- well, not too badly, and certainly not permanently. Just enough to scare someone who'd been desensitized since a young age, and let them know he means business.
As he opened the door to where he was staying, he had the distinct pleasure of seeing the boy freeze up. Upon seeing his expression, the older man (Kagome, he thought?) reached for something in his pockets. For a moment, Inoichi tensed to move, but the man came up empty. It seemed as though the ANBU had successfully disarmed him.
"Now, boy, would you care to explain yourself?" As Inoichi said this, he turned towards the deceptively young boy.
While his body language didn't change, Hazou responded calmly. "I didn't mean anything by it, sir. I was just trying to tease her- it wasn't anything serious."
In better circumstances, Inoichi might have managed to calm down at that, but in his current mood, it just incensed him further. "So it's just a game to you, huh? Well, I'll teach you to toy around with my daughter's feelings." Saying this, he works his hand through the neccesary hand seals. "Psycho Mind Transmission- Complete!" As he neared the entrance to the mind, the last thing he heard through his own ears was a cry of "Stinking stinkers!"

Great chapter as always, Eaglejarl! I have to say, I definitely didn't expect that to happen!
Agreed, this update was really excellent. you've outdone yourself. Way to end it on a cliffhanger, though. What will he see, I wonder?

Wait, someone actually made a Inoichi account? Okay, that is just too perfect. Is this supposed to represent the real thing @eaglejarl?
WWDTTY?

Huh? What is this place? What kind of a mind is this? How... how is this possible? What is going on?
Inoichi: welcome to the thread! That was a nice choice in name. Be aware, though, this is a quest thread, not an RP one. You've had your joke, but please tone it down.

What eaglejarl said. As much as we like to joke, this isn't one. Don't worry, we won't just casually give them access to all your ideas.

Alright, that's good to know. Not going to lie, when I saw that I was worried for a few seconds.

Leaving aside the new person in the thread, I'm thinking we should be voting. What's our goal for the next update? Are we planning on keeping up the pranks, even after Inoichi is upset? Apologizing getting angry?

Look, they're just the QM's here, you don't need to act like that. I get that it's a joke, but it's going a bit far.

I'm shocked and appalled that you would think that of me. A mere QM! That hurts me to the core.

No, we think of you as an amazing QM who won't give us any bad consequences for getting mind read by a clan head.

Keep the RPing to the RP section. In fact, eat a week long threadban for repeated off topic behavior

Blinking in sudden disorientation, Inoichi found himself back in the real world. When he felt with his senses for the chakra he had left behind, it was invisible, like trying to see through a brick wall. Blinking with shock, he looked around. Somehow, while he was in that strange world, no time had passed - everyone was in nearly the exact same position as they had been in before his entrance. That was... that was... no, it clearly was possible, somehow. Was it heritable? Well, even for this, he wouldn't normally play matchmaker with his daughter - she could choose whomever she wished - but if they already liked each other, why should he prevent it? Maybe in a few years, his opinion or their feelings might change, but maybe they wouldn't. Keeping his body language completely controlled, Inoichi said, "You'll do, I suppose," walked off, and held himself together until he collapsed in his bed, shuddering.
Of course, Hazou missed out on a lot of context, and the only thing that came to mind was a very surprised 'what.'
When facing an opponent that can drain chakra, this can prove to be fatal to the opponent if they absorbed too much chakra and will be turned to stone if they haven't had training with Sage Mode in the past. Furthermore, the user of Sage Mode can hold still to absorb more natural energy for the opponent to absorb and turn their own chakra absorption against them.
I'm going to state for the record that "absorbed too much chakra" means "a god damn mother fucking ton of chakra". Canonically, Nagato's Preta Path was able to completely drain Naruto of his Sage Mode without any adverse effects, and it was only through constantly generating more SM chakra that Naruto was able to stone-ify the Path. Before then, the Preta Path was able to absorb SM-enhanced ninjutsu like Senpō: Goemon, Senpō: Chōōdama Rasengan, Katon: Dai Endan, and Fūton: Rasenshuriken. Without issue.
I'm not sure why nobody seems to have made the connection yet, but...
Jiraiya was in the middle of an intense international meeting, then suddenly started betting all of Leaf's economics on someone winning an Exams event. Then he "realized" something horrifying and ran away, quite possibly losing on all these bets by interfering.
He has been lupchanzed, people. Kagome was right all along. As usual.
