No. We have occasionally brought up the possibility of chakra positive summons, but never implemented it. And given how chakra flush we are right now, I don't think we are going to.

The voice of fear screamed 'Too late, too late!' in the back of his mind, alternating with the voice of shame that bellowed 'Fool! Why did you not think?!'
Doesnt matter.
something something Funny rating something something screaming in SkitterMaybe Shino dies because we drained nearly all of his chakra and his bugs eat the rest because they're starving as well.
I think Shikamaru would have warned us about that though.
Except if he thought Keiko would realize that on her own.
Jiraiya doesn't know our plan, and he knows there are Wakahisa we will be fighting. Turning Mist Wakahisa into bricks is probably worth attempting to stop in some fashion.
You know what would make him think of himself as a fool, what he might think is "too late"? Realizing that the pangolins are able to track Naruto somehow. Exactly how I don't know, but there's my thought.
Except we've done it already several times. The Sunset Racer fight, the Third Event, and now here.Is it the fact that Keiko is paying for the Pangolins with chakra that isn't "hers"? Would that interact weirdly with the summoning? I vaguely remember that concept appearing in a fanfic somewhere.
Greedy! What, you aren't satisfied with getting the update a day early? Yeesh.
You did not.1. Did we get QM confirmation that Noburi knows how to cure water poisoning?
If by 'processing too much in a day', you mean 'without ever hitting exhaustion or going over your capacity' then no, there has not. Then again, it's never been relevant before....2. Has there ever been a QM ruling about how processing too much chakra in a day is bad?
If there are, I've never read/watched the relevant parts of the manga/anime.3. Are there any instances of that happening in canon Naruto? The closest I can think of are the Eight Gates, but those operate under a different mechanism than chakra water.
Nature chakra. Pantsā told Keiko back when they first met.4. Are summons internal chakra systems based on nature chakra or processed chakra? I'm pretty sure that its processed chakra like humans, IIRC nature chakra comes from rocks and trees etc.
HDK5. If summons DO use nature chakra, is that true in the Human Path or only the Summon's Path?
HDK
HDK7. How permanent is it? IIRC the grand-toad-parents were able to whack Naruto in the head to stop it in canon, but they were close by. Can they only do this on the Summon's Path for some reason?
This should result in Team Asuma as the top squad in the Exams, followed by the nine current members of Red Team One, with a handful of the other top scorers mixed in if they are red team tonight and manage to evade your hunt. The six non-Team-Asuma members of my current group will rank below the twelve of us but still above most other contestants.
"After the event is over, those of you without the chakra or relevant skills to fight in the tournament"—he looked pointedly at Ikemoto—"will announce that you are dropping out. There are three members of my group who will definitely drop out, and I would assume two or three of you would do the same. This means that the rest of us are clinched for the tournament and can settle our final rankings in the arena."
Shikamaru sighed. "Kurenai's score is secure due to their performance in the second and fourth events, so long as they eliminate their Blue team swiftly and avoid further conflict next round. Hyuuga in particular cannot risk being injured and knocked out of the tournament."
"Wait, does that leave space for us to get into the tournament?" Noburi asked, concerned.
"...barely," Keiko answered distantly after a moment. "Between Chinin, Kongou, Mugiwara, and the number of solidly performing teams from Mist, I am confident the only way we send nine Leaf nin to the tournament involves making Nara's plan work.
Jiraiya raised a hand. "Uh-uh," he said. "The bet is whether or not they're in the top sixteen when this event ends. I'm not losing out just because they get sick or injured during the training period."
Oh shit.
In canon when you summon (e.g., a Toad) the Toad is actually there. So that Nature chakra + Wakahisa interaction theory, where was it mentioned that summons consist of Nature chakra anyway? I thought they are using generic chakra constructs as their shell and some of them can use Nature chakra techniques in addition to their bog standard techniques.
That's how I remember it working in canon anyway.
There we have it folks

So...would it actually be our fault if, say, Kiri killed herself using her jutsu on the Pangolins?
Not... "our fault", but also not good for diplomatic relations.So...would it actually be our fault if, say, Kiri killed herself using her jutsu on the Pangolins?
