We're fine there, as per the first article Oli linked the explosive limit of ethyl alcohol is 33,000 ppm (if I'm reading this right)

However, the revised IDLH for ethyl alcohol is 3,300 ppm based strictly on safety considerations (i.e., being 10% of the lower explosive limit of 3.3%)."
