Is that a total of 4 study sessions per day?
To be clear what I'm getting at, can Noburi spend 12 hours (assuming "a few" = 3) and get 16 XP to MedKnow and MedNin from the notes or will he be limited to a total of 4 XP each day from the notes unless he is able to make a clone, at which point he'd be limited to 8 XP each day?
Likewise for Hazou, can he set one clone (or Prime, himself) to study for four study sessions to get 16 sealing XP or does he actually need 4 clones (or Prime and 3 clones) to spend a few hours each to get to the 16 sealing XP?

Maybe we should pay a jutsu hacker to turn MEW into something that can make metals instead? Pretty much any useful metal would be good, and we can pay the hacker to just keep making more MEW variants until mining is practically obsolete. Salt and other useful minerals might also be something we could get out of MEW.
We could turn Leaf into even more of a raw resource powerhouse than it already is. Even better, there's currently no way to turn the metals into useless forms via jutsu (unless you just really really need a metal wall), leaving civilians to do the skilled labor of turning them into weapons/pots/pans/etc. With the Nara spreading skills like metallurgy around and the GED, this would turn Leaf into an industrial powerhouse.
Just signal boosting this, Physique is capped at 30, so it can't level naturally past 29. If we must suffer the headaches of uncapping everything now, then I feel like we should reap the (very situational) benefits of waiting to upcap Physique until we're ready. If the QMs want to rule that we stop accumulating Pangolin XP while we do that, I'm more than happy to make that sacrifice.

Physique auto-levels so long as you put the PCJ up every day, which is the default. If you're doing constant resistance training then your body gets stronger over time, not when you explicitly want it to.

I'm actually not against trying this. I just don't wanna divert Noburi from FOOMing if he will finally be able to. If that wasn't coming up in a few weeks I'd be much more for it. Also I'm pretty sure that I put a lot less value into medicine than the thread at large does.

Yeah, but it can't on two levels: It breaks pyramids to do so, and it ignores caps. Although I suppose if you want, we can have Resolve also ignore pyramids and caps with the Yamanaka jutsu...
E: Joking aside, it's a disruptive standard to set and will probably lead to us looking for other ways to break pyramids and caps since this one provably works.

How does having Tsunade right a book on medicine divert Noburi from FOOMing? Are you concerned that focusing on medicine too much will make us not want to put his points into shadow clone?

I mean, I would like for it to be reversed in this instance but for future similar situations I don't think I'd support trying to intentionally break things more, this seems like a scenario to avoid in the future if anything cuz QMs trying to make sense of it is a spoon drain...
I think we would value it a lot less if Noburi the character didn't take personal interest in it. But if we are looking to make Medical skills better, why not propose stunts for specialized treatment/MedNinjutsu or doing funky things with biology?

Don't forget that xp pools like the J notes and oro scribbles work really really well with shadow clone. It's like you have a shadow clone that for some reason gives you 1.1x xp all by itself instead of .1 per training block. Super super super good.
Especially since Noburi wants to be the next Tsunade...
