I know right? I do wish we could settle the argument of whether or not multiple destroyed storage seals create a microsingularity. If they just rip open a hole to Cthulhu's bathroom it makes them less devestating but about a dozen times funnier.

I think we should tell Jiraiya the truth as well as a cover story where Kagome had a nightmare and attacked Minami because he thought she got infected by as sky squid/lupanchanz for anyone not in the know who digs a little deeper. The cover story is adequate justification for therapy and mission restrictions but isn't treason.

Oh, but my actual response: The reason I'm trying to get faflec to change his plan rather than making a new one is because there are a sufficient number of votes for Dressing Down that even if everyone otherwise agreed with the plan, sleep and life would get in the way of them voting for it, whereas I have been pushing for this (to my memory) since the mission happened.

In general I am reading this as a very solid and active plan. I see clarifications for the obvious issues and a lot of goals which I feel we can reasonably expect to achieve -- or else fail to achieve with minimal or no consequences. I see few points for improvement on my very tired eye's first glance.
As such:

If we want to bring this up to Jiraiya at all, we need to be careful in how we do so. If we wish to present it neutrally, we need to make it a near-afterthought, something we do not dwell on or make any particular point of mentioning. Anything else will seem like a criticism. If we do wish to cast shade, we need to do it explicitly; doing it implicitly will seem passive-aggressive, which few people indeed appreciate when it (however indirectly) reflects upon their command. I recommend we specifically commit to one of these approaches.
