I'm not sure if I should wait for a info post before asking these but:
What does Hazou think would happen if he signs a second summoning scroll? Or if he (or a normal person) looked at the beginning of the summoning scroll?
Why does he think it would be dangerous for non-summoners to be taught the information that summoners know?
What is all other interesting forbidden lore Hazou learned from being taught summoning?

Hazo can't sign a second summon scroll.

Does it matter if the speed is 15 mph as opposed to 20 mph or a minor reduction of speed?

As it stand, it seems that the overall endurance speed is more important than short high speed bursts.
[...] we do need to think about shock absorption [...]

I'd go with wheels styled like tank wheels. Decreases shock and allows for better stability over rough terrain. It might make the overall structure slightly heavier, but it would allow for the cart/chariot design to be more efficient in all of the biomes, rather than optimized for flat terrain.

Hazō thinks that's a reasonable thing to ask and suspects he could argue Cannai into it. Obviously, it would be preferable if the grown dogs weren't slowed at all.

Is the time between the seventh path and human path sufficiently synced that Hazou can tell Canoe when he will plan to be summoning her?
Hours are the same length but there are more hours in a 7P day than an HP day, so the light/dark cycles roll in and out of alignment.

I wonder if the Dogs would accept a promise from the Pangolins to not attack instead.

Would you?

Still, between Keiko's and Ami's comments and his own knowledge, Hazō realises that the Pangolins are withdrawing from most of their conquered territories (which they can't hold without skytowers), so there probably isn't going to be any kind of Hyena incursion based on the Pangolins invading them. That doesn't let out the possibility of a Hyena incursion by their own choice.

Negotiate a defensive treaty with the Pangolins to attack the Hyena if they decided to invade the Doggo clan.

Makes more sense to level SC to 30 first so you get that bonus XP quicker
Fair enough, though there's that non-trivial concern about failing the Resolve check.

@eaglejarl, @Velorien, @OliWhail, did the following training plan get accepted or rejected?
[X] Training Hazou: Yama-not gonna pass this up
Yamanaka Training Jutsu: 50 XP
Chakra Reserves 26: 52 XP
Save 14 XP

[X] Training Keiko: Yama-not gonna pass this up
Yamanaka Training Jutsu: 50 XP
Save 55 XP

[X] Training Noburi: Yama-not gonna pass this up
Yamanaka Training Jutsu: 50 XP
Save 288 XP

[X] Training Akane: Yama-not gonna pass this up
Yamanaka Training Jutsu: 50 XP
Save 38 XP

Everyone has the XP for this, except Hazou who only has 72/102 as of the end of chapter 349, but if the XP award for chapter 350 (plus 5XP bounty) is 30 or greater (which is likely as it covered 11 days), then Hazou has enough XP for this plan as well.

edit: XP has been awarded, I can now confirm that everyone can afford these plans.
I don't recall any acknowledgement of the plans either way, and by the following vote tally they seem to have won the cycle they were voted for in.

In case it has not been mentioned yet, a dog travois is a historical thing that existed, and was used practically by various Native American societies. So, if we need an explicit model for some kind of harness setup, that is an option. On the other paw, would it be disrespectful of us to suggest such a... basic(?) solution? Like, surely the concept of a sled, or harness, or travois, or cart is not news to these guys, right?

Now, a land yacht, that might be something truly novel. It could conceivably have been considered by the skyslider research group, and it may be possible to design one that could be controlled by a dog. Also, it would be really fucking cool to see a dog controlled sail wagon zooming across the plains, with a dozen puppies hanging heads over the side, tongues lolling out in the wind.

On a related note, Keiko is 11XP from Shadow Clone 30.

So yeah.

PLAYERS - Known Seals

Too much friction, think seals at either end don't work properly for sleds?

Sorry, I'm not seeing where force walls have friction?I can't read nvm

Tracks are hard, man. Each link on the belt has to be secure enough to hold for hundreds of miles and articulated enough to move easily.

Any solution involving moving parts will by necessity involve lubrication, which gets into areas of chemistry and materials science that essentially doesn't exist at this point of tech development beyond "haha oil makes things go whirrrrr".

E: Hmm, we're asked to do internal lines of mass movement. What's our metallurgy like? We could just build them a railway.

That is a big and important question. Do we tell Keiko? Also...
What is the Goketsu-Nara situation regarding Clan secrets? How much Keiko can say/warn the Nara/ Stop the Nara from investigating?
She is required to keep both of our clans' secrets. Her loyalty is first to the Nara, second to the Gouketsu.

What's our metallurgy like?

There have been multiple examples of steel objects, including but not limited to tent pegs, a "blast shield", steel-plated boots, and metaphorical balls of.

There have also been examples of copper objects, such as the "copper-bound door" of Uzumaki Manor, shirt buttons, and a kettle. However, it is apparently neither cheap nor abundant enough to be used for sanitation plumbing.

Looking at the History of rail transport wikipedia page shows that there is a history of wooden rail usage, which would be convenient for our force-wall milling operation, but I'm unclear on how practical that would be to establish in a useful timeframe for the Dogs' purposes.

Excellent, thank you.

So, our goal here isn't to provide the Dogs with an omnidirectional vehicle, it's to provide them with a mass transport system to a designated safe point. As far as I'm aware, railway is still today the most efficient method of mass transport between two known points you're in control of.

The downside, of course, is actually building the railway.
