I'm not sure it actually matters how many tags we get. I mean, reasonably speaking. 5+(2*6) for 6 tags is still only 17-effective-skill.

PSA: For this next update I'm going to be using the same 300 / 100 thresholds for bonus XP on plans that we used in the last update.
XP for various words in plan:
+1XP: 0-300 words
+0XP: 301-400
-1XP: 401-500
-2XP: 501-600
...
Word counts are determined by Google Docs (so that the tags don't count against you) and the plan title is not considered part of the plan unless the plan author tries to abuse that fact.

Would it be acceptable to lie to Kotsuzui about the entire arena being trapped with explosives the last night except for a small portion that Hazou planned to fight in? This would give the aspect "Artificially Constrained Motion" or something similar to him, forcing him into melee early and preventing him from using blood clones effectively.
