While Kiba-the-person is right re: opsec, I'd suggest just cutting mentioning the Pangolin gold thing -- she doesn't need to know about the extraneous circumstances.
I'm not sure about the Kei section. Not to say it's bad, but I'm just not really sure how to improve it without making a whole thing.
I suspect that she has more experience than that dealing with coke-heads.

I'm not sure that's wise so soon after the fifth event, and how we forgot to invite them to STL for a while... at least, we need to make friendly contact with them. Hinata's not a jerk, and we want to foster not-a-jerk behaviour from the Hyuuga. Doesn't have to be part of this, but we should at some point very soon.
Rasengan is such an OP technique that it might just be "add jutsu level to Taijutsu rolls". It's supposed to be "the ultimate in chakra manipulation" in canon, so it's basically the pinnacle of what a THer can achieve.

Yes, although Jiraiya probably isn't willing to give you his best stuff until he's a little more confident in your OPSEC abilities, especially since the whole point is that you're going to show these off in public.
Also, as to Mari and Creaky Chicken:
Honoka's parents are poor. Kagome has wanted to bring them food, but Mari didn't want them to be embarrassed, or to have the relationship warped with a "we are dependent on the Gōketsu" thing. She stopped eating Kagome's favorite dish, then suggested that he ask Aoi to make it for him...which, of course, requires bringing the ingredients. He now has a way to bring as many groceries as he chooses and Honoka's family feel no indebtedness, since it's them doing Kagome the favor instead of the other way around. Kagome, of course, has no idea that this is what's going on, since he couldn't keep it secret if he did.

While helping Clanless Ninjas seems to be a part of our uplift ideals, I don't think it will help us solidify our position in Konoha, as the people who have the power to decide whether Jiraya will remain Hokage seem to be mostly Clan heads. So not inviting Team 8 will just serve to alienate the Inuzuka and Aburame
