@Enjou maybe also include some of the theories why invisible ink doesn't work (organic components, etc) and some workarounds. On mobile atm so can't pull it up myself.

Learning is a higher priority for me, because as mere genin it might be a bad idea to learn any more seals that could change warfare as we know ittm​. Survivability is a huge deal for me, and I personally feel that knowledge is going to help us leverage the command prompt of the universe better than a few more custom commands.

We are not throwing that away. Why? Because we need to spend time learning anyway.

Part of our ability to develop world-breaking seals is the ability to exploit our creativity and/or the laws of physics. The more Hazō knows, the more we can bring the hivemind's knowledge to use.

You should put the macerators back in. Jiraiya told us to make a couple hundred of them. They don't have to be done all in one batch, but we should definitely do so. (he may be planning on using them in the Capybara mission for all we know, so we need to get them done)

But really, you guys should vote for my plan. Meeting Naruto would be fun. Especially if Jiraiya doesn't tell him why he's being invited to dinner!

Inoue: "Another dumpling, Naruto?"
Naruto: "Ah, yes, thank you. So, Ero-sennin, who are these people anyways? You haven't really said..."
Jiraiya: "Oh, Inoue and I are getting married."
Naruto: *dispels* "Could you repeat that?"
Jiraiya: "I'm getting married to Inoue here. And adopting these three."
Naruto: "Imposter! Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!"
Kagome: *BOOM, clones pop* "Not another move! I've got more explosive seals than you do clones!"
Jiraiya: "You might want to listen to him, Naruto. He might actually have that many explosive seals."
Hazou: "More importantly... Shadow Clones?" *mad scientist mode activates* "What's your element? Is it wind? Can your clones use wind element jutsu too? Do you know Vacuum Step? No? TO THE TRAINING GROUNDS!"

Goal:
  • There is no clear goal and direction except to wait for Leaf upper brass to make a decision.
  • Therefore, we should wait, and not rock the boat too much.

Socialization:
  • It doesn't matter too much what Team Uplift wants to do, just that they get to know people and the village.
  • Potential activities that Team Uplift could engage in:
    • Have Hazō volunteers at the library.
    • Tour clan compound with Jiraiya and team.
    • Invite members of the Rookies Nine to game nights.
    • Somewhat unusual but if possible, tour a papermaking factory?
    • Find out what clubs are there to join.
      • Is there any Scientific Society like the famous Royal Society?
      • Could be GO club, philosophy club, book club, etc. Anything intellectual is welcomed.
      • Crafting club is welcome too.
Seal-related Stuff and Learning:
  • Manufacture ~200 Macerator v2.0 seals.
    • Do this at a non-distracting time.
    • Ask Jiraiya about how payment works at this kind of level.
    • Ask Jiraiya how urgent this project is.
    • Work around 3 hours per day. More if needed.
  • Find out what the basic seals do. Learn and infuse them.
  • Finish the sealing book.
    • If finished, move on to the next tier sealing book.
  • Start a research notebook so that we can ask Jiraiya in-between updates.
  • Talk to Kagome-sensei or Jiraiya about beginning cryptography lessons.
  • Go on a shopping spree and buy all the books!
    • Budget: 3000 ryo. Purchase books that you can't find at the library. Otherwise, check them out as needed.
    • Machine - Specifically a book that explain simple machines.
    • Physics - Newtonian physics? Thermodynamic? Planetary motion?
    • Math - More books on different topics.
    • Biology - Just a basic biology book will do.
    • History - Could use a different viewpoint from what he already had.
Training:
  • Train with Team Uplift. Possibly members of the Rookie Nine if they can come too.
  • Talk to Jiraiya about expanding Team Uplift's justu library.
    • The genins had been in the field for so long that they are probably behind the average genins in term of justu.
    • Justu ideas:
      • Earthball - Like a Grand Fireball, but with earth instead.
Misc:
  • Conversational Topics with Jiraiya (if there is an opportunity)
    • Ask about famous ninja like Kakashi The Copy Ninja and the Four Hokage's son.
      • OOC: So we will learn about Jiraiya's godson.
    • Ask Jiraiya about his plan for the team before Hazō's big mistake.
    • Ask JIraiya about war stories
    • Ask Jiraiya about the Toad Clan's version of history.
Contingencies:

  • Keep Kagome-sensei from blowing anyone up as per usual.
  • Do not say anything that make you seem crazy or dangerous or reckless.
  • Do not divulge sensitive information, especially skywalkers.
    • If anyone ask, "that information is classified".
    • If someone is doubly insistent even after that, back away and consider calling in your escort for assistance.
    • If our escort's in on it, request that we return to our lodgings and tell Jiraiya later.

Deleted the by-definition unneeded 'after Clan Council Meeting' section.
@Enjou, I assume your vote for 'Edited Montage' was meant to be a vote for 'Action Plan: Edited Montage'; if so, you should fix it.

Note to the Author: If you have the time and inclination include having lunch with Shikimaru but if you lack the spoons or run out of time no worries. Also if you have any ideas for scenes that seem really fun to write please go ahead and include them.

Kagome and Hazou: Hazou never finished his community service at the library. We want to make sure that we show that we will finish all of our obligations before the big vote. Also Hazou is interested in learning the basics of crypto and analysis.
  • Hazou if freely finishing his obligations at the library
  • Apologize to Auntie
  • Have Kagome look for intro text on crypto and analysis
  • Have Hazou try to help Kagome establish a better friendship with Auntie
  • Ask Kagome why he thinks it's impossible to infuse invisible ink
    • Suggest possibly lack of metal in the ink
    • Bring up the possibility of using black paper with normal ink
The whole team: Hazou has been worried about how no one has talked to Akane since they got to leaf.
  • Hazou is worried about Akane finding out that the team has been in leaf and no one has contacted her.
  • He wants to get the whole teams opinion on if they would be willing to go visit her
  • He notes that this might break the spirit of his agreement with Mr. Ishida
    • If the team thinks that it is he will wait till after the clan forms
  • Ask Jiryia for dating advice


Noburi and the Good Doctor: Noburi should go and show his mentor Kabuto the research he's has accomplished since leaving Leaf and completing his beginning MedNin training.
  • If Noburi seems to have any reservations about Hazou advicing him abort immediatly
  • If this happens just write whatever Noburi does for the day
  • If not make below suggestions
  • Have Noburi thank Kabuto for all the help he gave last time they where in leaf
  • Apologize for what an idiot Hazou was last time.
  • Show him all the research notes on exposing animals to chakra water
    • Mention how the work might go faster if he had a Hyūga to see if there are any changes to there chakra coils
    • Suggest maybe getting Neji to help
      • He's a jerk and all but he's competent and someone who we would be ago spending time with anyway
  • Also mention how Hazou keeps mentioning old folk tails about how there are these rumors that you can't get certain diseases multiple times
    • I mean it's probably a dead end but if it will shut Hazou up it's worth looking into
  • Let Kabuto know that Noburi can anesthetize patients perfectly safely
  • See if there is anything that Kabuto can think of that might help persuade Tsunade to help us
Off Screen sealing research:
  • Hazou works on the first seal in Jiriyia's notes.
  • Hazou begins drawing and infusing Macerator seals
  • Kagome begins work on impulse seals

Edited plan to remove Akane scene. Replaced with discussing her with the Team
