I can sum up a lot of this as establish a routine. Adjusting to life in Leaf is fun, but you don't want to be planning every day of Hazou's life in detail every update. At a certain point we need to be able to put things on autopilot until the next "event of interest that requires a specific response" happens.
So Hazou needs:
1. A regular socialization outlet
2. A regular training/sparring partner
3. Regular time slots for seal research/production
Etc.

I haven't done the math but instinct tells me that any rocks launched skyward to combat a Skywalker-using squad of ninjas would be easily dodged long before they reached their targets. They could be used to hit static payloads (e.g., a falling bundle of explosive tags) but if you're an intelligent person you send a ninja with the bundle to keep the threat from being detonated early; they'd be able to provide the appropriate defenses or dodge our AA weapons.

It'd be very hard to make an accurate cannon/gun. It's primary use would be siege, but we have better siege options. The antipersonell "fire things really fast" ability we've come up with as a gun replacement is a spinning storage seal with a tripwire to activate it. Just spin a storage button really fast, then release payload. My memory is that we hit supersonic speeds that way, and we can have whatever payload we want.

If we must use black ink we could use black paper, if we can't make the ink invisible we can at least make it super hard to read at a distance.
I would also like to see what all the types of things we can infuse with chakra are and if there are any effects we could use with this skill called "infuse with chakra." Just having that list would give a greater understanding of the nature of the world as a way to test the information shared to us.

While that would be cool, I'm not that enthused in meeting the Salamander.
I think we're mostly going to do a timeskip while we wait for the Leaf decisionmakers to make important decisions(TM). At the same time, we could contribute something substantial to Leaf.
If in the next hour, an action plan still haven't materialize, I am going to work on one. Otherwise, I will be drawing up plans on how to improve welfare for civilians beyond Leaf's walls and a design document for a telegraphic communication system. (semaphore, radio, etc)

- There is no clear goal and direction except to wait for Leaf upper brass to make a decision.
- Therefore, we should wait, and not rock the boat too much.
Socialization:
- It doesn't matter too much what Team Uplift wants to do. Just that it achieve the objective of socializing with Leaf denizens somehow.
- Potential activities that Team Uplift could engage in:
- Have Hazō volunteers at the library.
- Tour potential clan compounds with Jiraiya and team.
- Keep Kagome-sensei from damaging any of them, especially when they are not bought.
- Invite members of the Rookies Nine to game nights.
- Somewhat unusual but if possible, tour a papermaking factory?
- Find out what clubs are there to join.
- Is there any Scientific Society like the famous Royal Society?
- Could be GO club, philosophy club, book club, etc. Anything intellectual is welcomed.

Maybe we shouldn't put the cart before the horse and actually develop the cooling seal and confirm we can make ice with it before we try to make a deal with anyone.
That said, we could probably offload the ice we already have if we wanted, though we could also use that with the Pangolins.
I believe that Jiraiya already has a couple he wants us to look over, so not sure what the sub-vote there is for.
