Basically, Inoichi is mad at hazou after he (and Ino) take the prank more seriously than it was intended, but after encountering the thread and fighting his way past memetic hazards, he comes to the conclusion that Hazou is ninja with a mental manipulation bloodline, and wants to tie that into his clan, and while he wouldn't force anything, well, if Hazou and Ino like each other why should he deny it.
Most of this bar the beginning is subject to change, as I'm still in the "throw ideas at the wall and hope they stick" stage.

    official staff communication Sorry for the delay in getting to this, I've had a bit of a busy day.

    My warning to you earlier was premised on the suggestion that you were deliberately trolling the thread in a way that other players found upsetting, related back to some pre-exisiting incident. I have no idea myself whether a given vote is or isn't trolling, since this whole shebang is pretty incomprehensible to me, so I went with the sources available and made a judgement. If I was wrong, then you have my apology.

    In general, if you're just messing around in the spirit of good-natured fun then we aren't going to get all Fun Police about it.

    Also consider this permission for anyone else in all future omake as long as you're not doing it specifically to make fun of me alone. Using me in the context of making fun of most of the players is fine though. As is using the omake to make fun of something I said. Basically, I'm cool with anything as long as it isn't a personal attack.

    Edit: Which should probably be a general guideline for using any real person in an omake, so...

    So, I was thinking about having Hazou do a favour for Noburi. Specifically, I was thinking that he should look up the best general medicine book(s) in the library and go about copying them. Specifically, mumbling the words as he reads them cover to cover, and tracing diagrams with his fingers. At which point we can later recreate the book for Noburi.

    Granted, Nobu might be allowed to keep/copy some books anyways, so it might not be necessary.

    If you need characterization, for some reason, I'm quiet 90% of the time except for chiming in with the occasional idea, and with an odd fixation for sneaking back into Mist by killing and replacing other nin, or disguising ourselves as a family of potential academy students and going in from there.

    omake idea:

    Team Uplift arrives on Earth through sealing dimensional shenanigans. They scramble to figure out what's going on with such a steel and glass world.

    Meanwhile, their dimensional jump alert a group of men in black to mobilize and search a state for unusual events so that they could assess dimensional travelers for their threat rating and decide what to do next. It's all part of a secret program called "gemstone"(inspired by RWBY fanfic emergence). They aren't a sinister conspiracy, but they are afraid of out of context problems, having dealt with it before.

    I found out about this quest from reading Team Anko, and I think started my lurking spree right around when there were 30-ish posts?
    If there was something I could add to the discussion I would, but...I don't really have much to say. I suck at planning, and for voting...I don't really have an excuse.

    ...And while I'm typing this out, I want to say thank you. To the QMs for taking time out of their day to write such a great story, and the players, who help plan and make the story.

    Now back to lurking.

    I read this: I saw a link on Reddit and followed it.

    I don't post because of time constraints and it seems like the hive mind usually has everything well in hand (oddities not withstanding).
