Would it be possible to ask Asuma to make ES a secret jutsu? I feel leaving it in the open is very irresponsible for everyone involved, considering the harm it could do to Leaf.

      • All told, they traveled ~7 hours and must have used barely any chakra in the attack.
      • They also had to be camped right on the border in advance.
      • Given the timing, this was arranged before Akane even got her mission
  • Akane was specifically given this mission by someone implanted in the Tower so that she would be out of the village and vulnerable to this pre-planned assassination.
    • Most likey suspect is Ruka, who both assigned Akane the unusual mission and didn't report it as overdue.
    • She was seriously softballed in her questioning and was allowed to not answer whatever she didn't like.
    • She needs to be properly interrogated at T&I. Ideally, mindwalked as well. Does this meet the threshold for "village security?"
  • What do we do from here?
    • How much should we tell Ami?
    • What about Ino?
    • How should we approach Asuma?
  • Are we ready to open her will?

I'm not comfortable havinging the Shikamaru part without more time for feedback (@Left-Hand Mutant, mind working on that with me next voting cycle? You had some good ideas), so that has been removed. Additionally, the Ino ES OPSEC Failure has been removed as per @Noumero's request.

Will be continuing to make word count optimizations past this. Please post any suggestions you guys have.

This is completely fine and I already voted for the plan.

That said, are we asking Shino's clan to do R&D with only their own money? Are we planning to add our own capital to their R&D projects?

Also, reiterate the commitments to destroy what at his request? As far as I know, we aren't making any lenses.

Good point. Doing joint research with the more conservative (yet not assholish) clans is actually a really good way to start using the fuck ton of money we just unlocked!

Easy to cut content to slap this on a two scene plan. Or attach to a finish necromancy seals timeskip when crises are out of the way.
  • To Kei, Snowflake and Kagome.
    • Demonstrate densified corundum cannons.
      • Use clones.
      • Set up targets.
    • Load with metal scraps, log of densified corundum.
    • Five seal barrier to protect cannon for first volleys. Then without to see if cannon shatters.
      • Use MARS explosive seals or Kagome's choice.
    • Repeat with a second cannon.
      • ARSed rocket boot seal shaped into center of corundum log for propulsion.
        • Must be log or propulsion will change direction as ball spins.
    • Kei and Snowflake try out diamond tipped corundum kunai with ARSed rocket boot seal shaped inside.
      • Seal points forward, kunai goes fast. Seal points up, kunai changes direction.
    • Ready corundum planks for small round of tests.
      • Take their feedback. Scale down to handheld?
