As a QM I am forbidden from saying things like "Yes! That! Please, for the love of God, go act on this plot hook that I dropped in your laps almost literally a year ago!"

There are times, however, when I wish I could say those things.
 
To be honest i think senjustu is the Way to go if we want to make hazo a S-rank badass, if the idea of being able to acess an earth focused senjutsu (earthbender hazo)riping off being inspired by the former tsukage (the one we know for sure is dead) atomization "goketsu style: critical existence faliure no jutsu" can be more than a meme, also upgraded version of stuff like eath roots and the glorious MEW sinergize with hazo kit verry well.

Another thing that be usefull would see if we could activate hazo uchirra blood, cheating eyballs. But that 1 would involve him dabling with bio-sealing something so out of hazo's portfolio that i would rTher persue that afther we figure out the the senjutsu thingy.
Maybe noburi can help with that once he figure out how to un-fuck up his chakra sistem, he have his own reasons to discovery how blodlines limits work another option would be ask uncle oro for help but im in the camp "NOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPENOPE" so its a nope, but we did get some seals on human enchagment maybe figuring out how they work can help but uncle oro should never know abbout it.

Aside from that we should keep progressing on the taijutsu tree because even madara wasant imune to "youth style: beat-the-shit-out-you no jutsu" in canon.

Wait what? Mist has all this time ability to give civilian chakra and become a world beating superpower and they didn't use it?

I think eaglejarl was commenting on the legends of the original Liberator who was around the time of the villages' founding, compared to the more recent Liberator who was a Mist/Orochimaru plant depending on who's telling the story.

Eh while go afther the missing biju its a good idea i dont want hazo play cach up with naruto. Also the 3 tails jinjuriki is mist's jinjuriki meaning they resealed it already.
So you have to get another one, shukaku is out in the world trough.

But having a jinjuriki loyal to uplift is realy a good idea.

Maybe isnt about cant but more about shouldnt.
Naruto in MFD was trained as a more regular ninja (meaning the safe route) but we dont know how is his skills as a jinjuriki (using 9 tails chakra) also it might be not a good idea have 2 forgin chakra reserves on ones body, a mistep and boom only a dead jinjuriki at the best case scenario.
 
I mean "riping reality a new a asshole" and resurrecting hashirama senju might lead to hilarity.

How many AB seals can we buy from the tower per month? How much would that cost? Do we get a significant discount if we make them ourselves?

Would the amount of AB seals we can buy be enough to completely protect some medium-to-large sized underground secret training facility and/or seal research institute?

Optimize with Akane, Kei, Mari, Noburi:
  • Core idea: Underground, top secret training facility with multiple layers of information security. If we lose any (e.g. the existence gets out), we can still defend the secret with other layers. Adjust all recommendations below based on what makes sense for the core idea of multiple redundant defenses.
    • Commit fully to each layer of defense: e.g. while we still have secrecy, the underground farming cover must be highly classified
  • What is Leaf's post-Collapse underground security?
    • Hazou and Kei are well-suited to find out.
    • War-time especially could let us know general information.
  • How do other clans keep their training secret?
    • Kei: no need to disclose Nara methods.
  • Minimize size as needed.
First layer of defense: Secrecy.
  • Entrance in main family areas: secret and secure, perhaps private rooms?
  • Deeper than Hyuuga max vision + margin.
    • Chakra levels identical going in and out.
    • Mass SCs only within facility.
  • Never spoken about, act as if nonexistent.
  • Main body trains identically to previously, outside the facility.
  • Have other unrelated high-security zones (e.g. for Clan Meetings) to draw attention.
  • OPSEC fail on other things occasionally.
Second layer of defense: Various ploys. Ideas:
  • Underground Uplift research.
    • Daybright seals, jutsu-fertilized farming attempts.
  • Seal testing.
    • Various macerator payloads.
    • Chakdar.
  • Sex dungeon.
Third layer of defense: A real "WHAM" secret.
  • Necromancy research.
    • Collate notes on afterlife.
    • Forbidden Lore.
    • Rift notes and plans
    • Resurrection lists.
Fourth layer of defense: Security.
  • Anti Byakugan seals
  • Steel-lined walls (anti-Earth-ninjutsu)
  • Silence mines
  • 5SBs platforms to remove vibration.
  • If the secrecy layer is compromised, ask Kagome for a full defense loadout.
    • Note: SCs can dispel rapidly with no harm to caster.
Considerations:
  • Periodically train on Skytowers/Seventh Path/outside Leaf to break patterns.
  • Time SC backlash; take it privately.



There's a lot of room for additional details in this plan, so please feel free to make suggestions! One potential for improvement: Kagome-style security trades off secrecy for explosive defenses, and Kagome doesn't want to know about FOOM for the fear of spilling it accidentally. To what extend should we involve Kagome in FOOM OPSEC?
