I wonder if we could manage to make a pack of sticky notes for seals. It would be an exceptionally good way to store and carry them, plus we could have them pre-sealed, stick them to a weapon and go.
You're speaking a language that does not exist on Earth. All dialogue is translated and, as with any idiomatic translation, the translator has to make choices when phrases and idioms are used in the source language that don't work well in the target language. In such cases we attempt to put something that conveys the sense of the original, even if it isn't a perfect one-to-one mapping.
To say it another way, Jiraiya did not actually say "how many 'p's in 'nipple'?" He made a risqué comment intended to imply that he was writing smut. The phrase he used would have been nonsensical if translated word-for-word, so I used that phrasing instead.

PMYF is a storage seal with a log in it set to dispense the log on a timer.
You tie it to a kunai, activate the timer for 1 second, throw the kunai behind an enemy, a log comes out and you substitute with the log to get behind the enemy.
That's it.
Edit: Actually that isn't it. It also works as a railgun.
Upon reading, looks like the user needs to catch the kunai after performing the substitution in Version 2. In case of Hazou at least, he can practice catching the kunai with Iron Nerve; so successive PMYF is good with him.
"I don't think he's crazy," Kei said. "Insanity is defined as a set of one or more maladaptive and uncontrollable behaviors. Kagome's paranoia is highly adaptive."
Hazou really needs one of those shaped explosive dispensers. That weapon should combine incredibly well with Loki, the fighting style is practically tailor-made to hoodwink people into letting him suckerpunch them with an explosion.
I wonder if it'd be possible to TH Kawarimi or if it's already at its minimum chakra cost (if we're going to spam it for PMYF, we'll need its cost to be lower).

I don't think it's generally possible to lower chakra costs through Technique Hacking. There's a certain minimum cost required to substitute and given how common it is, I expect the version we use has been optimized by masters of the art.
So now that we are close to being healed up what should we do next. Try and get Jiraiya's attention via the summon realm or through his contact within Tea?

I'd prefer to continue to lay low until Inoue is back in top form, i don't think she is yet.
After that we might want to investigate our fort, but i am not sure about that course of action yet. Might be important, might not be.
As for Jiraiya, I'd prefer contacting him via Tea in order to find out whether Konoha has ended its operations in Iron. We need to get Noburi up to Medical Ninjutsu 10 so he can train independently.
Keiko focuses entirely on Diplomacy, Summoning, and Capacity. When she has one or two summon pacts, we'll snag Taijutsu 8/9 and maybe some Substitution for PMYF.
As soon as Noburi heals up, he should get his remedial Taijutsu 8 training. I'm not super opposed to putting almost everything we have into a Medic Fund to save for MedNinjutsu 10, but it might be a while until we can get that training, and it'll just be sitting there in the meantime. He also should try to find some battle style that takes advantage of his ridiculous chakra reserves. I vote that we focus on Water Clones and learn Water Dragon from Inoue. Shikigami was an A-Rank badass, and his entire battle style revolved around Water Clones.
As for Akane, we need her Taijutsu style ASAP. Anyone wanna develop that? It feels weird to give such an automatic power boost, but it probably won't be as powerful as Roki, since Hazou's bloodline is the thing that makes that style so viable and hard to see through. After that, rank up her social skills since that is the greatest weakness of her personality. Is it Diplomacy or Deception that keeps her from blurting out stuff like names or secrets?
Finally, Hazou. I'd like Sealing 13 before PMYF, but I understand if people are getting itchy to start it before we move on from this base. That goes double if the next update lasts for a while that we could've spent researching. Speaking of Sealing, I propose that Hazou follows Kagome's lead and tries to emulate him as much as possible in combat. Kagome is just really good and his genius brain and sealcrafting makes him way more dangerous than his skills would otherwise make him.
0.0 seconds: "Mind Invasion Technique!"
0.5 seconds:
2.0 seconds: "Morino-san, get the Tsuchikage on the line. Tell him we need all the Dust Element he's got."
Hmmm... considering that the surrounding content consists of rabid abuse of seals, clearly we need more of that to ward off any Yamanaka infiltrators. And Orochimaru, just in case he stole the Yamanaka techniques.
So~
Seal Output Port
The counterpart to the Seal Input Port, this is a design intended to be incorporated into other seals. The interface between it and the seal it is connected to can be customized, but its internal logic should remain consistent. The primary feature of this port is... well, a port, designed to connect to a Seal Input Port. Pulses of chakra can then be passed into this output port and be received elsewhere, possibly triggering other seals. This port should be capable of being activated multiple times.

Pulses of chakra sent by the connected Output can be received and passed into the seal the diagram it is incorporated into, triggering functions defined by the seal. This port should be capable of being activated multiple times.
Seal Bridge
A seal consisting of a Seal Input Port connected to a Seal Output Port, with the function of passing the signal along.
Seal Wire
A Seal Bridge connected to a Seal Bridge, with the effect of passing the signal along. Can, in theory, be chained indefinitely.
Seal Splitter
A Seal Input Port connected to two Seal Output Ports such that, when a signal is inputted, output will be made from both Output Ports.
Seal NOT Gate
A Seal Bridge with intervening logic such that when chakra is run into the Input Port, no chakra is emitted, and when no chakra is being inputed, the Output Port emits chakra.
Seal AND Gate
A seal consisting of two Input Ports and an Output Port, connected by internal logic such that when both Input Ports are active the Output port is active, and otherwise the Output Port is inactive.
Seal NAND Gate
A seal consisting of a Seal AND Gate with a Seal NOT Gate attached to the output such that the Output of the NOT Gate is only active when it is not the case that both inputs to the AND Gate are active.
Seal OR Gate
A seal consisting of a Seal AND Gate with a Seal NOT Gate attached to each input and the output, such that the output of the array is active when either of the inputs is active.
Seal XOR Gate
A seal consisting of two Seal Splitters, a Seal OR Gate, a Seal NAND Gate, and a Seal AND Gate, connected such that the two inbound signals are each fed to one of the inputs of the OR and NAND Gates, and such that the output of the OR and NAND Gates are fed to the AND Gate, resulting in the final AND Gate emitting a signal when one and only one of the inputs to the array is active.
Seal NOR Gate
A seal consisting of an OR Gate with a NOT Gate attached to its output, resulting in a signal being emitted only when neither of the inputs are active.
Seal Press
A seal which, when activated, creates a seal blank by applying ink to a piece of paper in a pre-programmed pattern. For best results, this seal should be re-usable. Individual research will likely be needed in order to create a variant of this seal for each seal to be printed by it, but that will likely be worth it.
Seal Infuser
A seal which, when activated, recreates the chakra manipulations performed by a Sealmaster when infusing a seal. The uses should be quite obvious. Researching it carries an additional point of failure, however, both in infusing it and in testing its ability to infuse other seals. Fortunately, the second of those can, by the nature of the seal, be tested somewhere away from us. Each variant of this seal will likely need to be developed individually, but hopefully there will be some overlap to help us along. For best results, this seal should be re-usable... or failing that, we could set it up to infuse a second seal blank to create another Seal Infuser.
Hazou started with 27, we gained 13 and ended with 30 instead of 40?
That doesn't even make sense if we assume the discrepancy comes from the training costs, because the sealing 12 cost 36 (24 from INT 12, 12 from Sealing 12), which means the 27 had to be after cost subtraction not before.

Note that the sequence isn't "have birthday => get seal boxes => become mighty". It's "have birthday => get seal boxes => spend weeks or months figuring out how to use them without blowing your fingers / body apart." Kagome's not going to give her any real tags until she's demonstrated that she can use the things safely.
For our gift we should make twin holsters for Kagome's murder gloves. That way in spars we can keep them off, but if something happens like with Kouta Akane can easily above her hands into the hostess for a quick lethal power up. Also, it would allow us to hide the fact that we, a bunch of missing-nin, have access to a seal master. If Hazou could spot the seals in the casino way back when he was essentially a Genin, more experienced ninja will realize that the wooden rings we wear are more than they appear to be. Imagine the kind of response we'd have if countries learned there was a free agent roaming around. Kagome's paranoia of being enslaved to churn out seals for some nefarious overlords is rightly justified. It could even happen to Hazou if we aren't careful.
Ideally, we should hide the holsters as front pockets. In the event we start to feel threatened we could discretely put our hands in those pockets to prepare for shit hitting the fan.
Alternatively, we might be able to make gloves that go over Kagome's gifts to hide them in plain sight, but that might make forming handseals too difficult.
Let's not advertise the fact that we have custom made seals as missing-nin until we have to in a fight. I'd like to keep it as a trump card whenever possible.

I'd rather give her something more personalized than that. Given that in our last plan our intention was to ask Akane about her interests, family, etc., I don't think it's unreasonable to retroactively decide that.

Note that this is what Kagome does. Him reaching into his pockets and the rings appearing during tense times has been mentioned several times.
Also, I'd like to say how impressed I am with you guys. The pangolins, the Force Wall cutting, the Explosive Punching Style, you anticipated all of them before we actually managed to show them.
@eaglejarl What are the requirements for an object to be stored in storage scroll? Like, if I tried to stuff an unwilling, living, person in one, would it fail?
Also, did we get information on how the directionalized explosives work? Are they put in direction by coding the explosion in one direction, or was a Force Wall (or equivalent) created to force the explosion in one direction?
