I really don't have the wherewithal for plan management, but you're welcome to do it. In fact I would appreciate it if someone does.
Now I'd add another bullet to it "If Mari is distancing herself from the discussion, (via humour, condescension, or otherwise) point that fact out."
Distancing herself is an easy out she would have if she wanted to keep from engaging emotionally with us. She's done it before, so I think it's worth warding against.
