One other funny thing here is that once Jiraiya gets a moment to calm down and think things through, he'll start wondering how it is that Hazou hasn't immediately killed Noburi by trying to drain a summon right after Keiko got the scroll. And I kinda doubt he'll accept "It seemed like it could be dangerous" as an explanation, given what he knows of Hazou.

Not sure why this is a huge OPSEC failure, exactly. Is it because non-Summoners don't know about nature chakra at all?
