Somehow, I think the Sarutobi's bloodline is S-class just from this description. Truly, Velorien's world was simply not ready for a sane Kage.

It's another thing we accomplished that we don't know how significant it was on the world stage. Clearly, she's important, but how important is another matter.

That sounds brilliant! You'd probably need some kind of mind-affecting jutsu for that -- probably a genjutsu -- and you'd need a *lot* of power behind it...like, Ten-Tails power. Also, you'd need everyone to see it all at once, so it would need to be way high up. Maybe on the moon?
(When you think about it, Akatsuki were the good guys in canon.)

I'm not actually surprised. It seems to me that one of the many ways to divide humanity into two populations is this: some people think that the practical goal should be to avoid (or get out of) a dystopia, while others prefer to shoot for a utopia. I'm the former type--you strike me as the latter.
Sure. People are horrible. Most people have no particular problem with murder, torture, and other outrages, so long as they're not on the receiving end; many are willing or eager to administer these things, either instrumentally or for their own sake. If world peace were possible for humans, it would've been achieved, at least temporarily, long ago.
