@Jello_Raptor , I like your plan a lot and want to vote for it, but I feel uncomfortable about the idea of giving this letter directly to the Nara without telling Jiraiya about it. There is not much time for voting left or changes in the plan, but maybe add/change it so that Hazou drops the letter of with Mari, who can give it to Jiraiya and he then decides if it should be given to the Nara?

I don't believe that it's really a bad idea to give it to the Nara, but Jiriya is now our clan head and the Hokage. We are only 'allied' with the Nara and giving them idea's without at least telling him is not the best move.

(not sure if the w/o stuff is really allowed but meh)

Agreed. We need to start thinking like a clan. You don't give away what might be considered clan secrets without consulting your clan head.

Or two, assuming we can find some acceptable way for Keiko to create a hybrid for Hazou's hypothetical kid to marry. Not that we've realized we like Keiko that way. Or deny the emotional attraction based on shared social experience.

e: My current estimation of her skill level has a four-dice edge on Hazou in spite of having 400-something less total XP. But she might have more (or less) depending on TGR -- she's older, so she might have gotten more XP that way.

e2: This gives her an approximate 50% chance of A-level success, 26% chance of B-level success, 22% chance of A-level failure, and 2% chance of B-level failure, though keep in mind that the latter two would be kept at bay by her Pangolin Training Jutsu.

These are the winning training plans. Keiko and Noburi have tied plans but the content is identical so I just grabbed one of them for you.

I'm way too used to dealing with the team. In my brain I was like "Hey Jiraiya can you practice using PMYF and catching the kunai as they fall so that you can go several hundred miles?" then my brain-simulation of him kicked in and was like "Hazou I'm a kage up the shut fuck and do your job"

Also, I'm damned sure that Jounin have more than 200 CP on average -- do note that Hazou has spent that amount of XP raising his Intelligence for Sealing, and he's only barely a chuunin.

For the record, I measure that as about 300 miles. Might be inaccurate but it's the number I would use.
