I just explained how it isn't related to Shadow Clone though. I don't follow your logic here. We can use the chakra for whatever we want which could include shadow clone or any other jutsu, but what we want it for is for Noburi to be able to refill from anywhere in the world. Not sure how you got shadow clone and especially FOOM from that, since FOOM is pretty antithetical to travel.

I do agree it is feasible Oro could ask bloodline questions though. It doesn't give him new information and he's already seen what Noburi can do due to Zoo Rushes but it is a reminder that Noburi's bloodline exists

I'm only going to address your second point. 7th path chakra farm is busted as hell for any mission. You can have as many summons up as you have contracts, you can use SC without worrying about being low for fights. It's the biggest immediate power up we can get
 
With April 1 over it looks like the voting deadline is actually real? In which case:
What happens if Oro rejects any modifications to the deal (like one part at a time restriction)? Should Hazou then accept the original offer, defer making a decision till later, defer to Mari, use Hazou pilot?
Also, with Hazou invoking foot in mouth in the Oro chapter. He doesn't seem in a great mental state. That may affect his negotiating performance.

The sleep plan is massively overspecified. Demanding payment of an incredibly specific thing, that you don't know the parameters of, that you've been given no real indication the other has access to, and is of unknown difficulty and cost, hardly seems like a sensible way to make trades.

I get that people want cool things they thought of just now, but a plan like this would not work in reality. It is entirely dependent on QM generosity and/or susceptibility to anchoring biases.

Yeah that's my major problem with it. It's only one option so just back doors us into getting nothing

If you click on the first voter under an action plan, it'll lead you to that action plan. That way, you can jump between action plans without having to dig through each and every page of the thread! ^.^

  • Tell Kabuto that Hazou will discuss this with Mari and Noburi right now.
  • Give Mari time to recover and think. When she has recovered, discuss what to do with her and Noburi. Implement what the group decides on.
  • Here are two counteroffer ideas Hazou has.
  • 1
  • By and large, Hazou is amenable to the deal as it stands, with one possible addition:
    • He is willing to give Orochimaru one of the claws to keep in exchange for a technique or method to reduce the necessity of sleep.
    • Reason: There is not nearly enough time in the day to do all he wishes, particularly research, and Hazou gets the impression Orochimaru would feel similar, and so have an option to deal with this. Perhaps a jutsu or technique to reduce the amount needed, if nothing else.
  • Proceed with sealing research, prioritizing ARS. Stick to SOP, including prep days.

  • Counteroffer:
    • Orochimaru gets exclusive access to the Dragon parts for two weeks each. He only holds one at a time.
      • The others may be non-destructively investigated by other parties until the deal concludes.
      • Orochimaru will provide five packets of notes/information of equivalent value to those currently offered (per part) if any parts are damaged during his investigations. Equivalency to be determined by Tower-appointed arbiter. The remnants will be returned and the deal will be terminated.
      • If any parts are destroyed during Orochimaru's investigations, as above, but ten packets.
    • Happy to negotiate destructive/damaging research as it comes up; however, we feel strongly that all of Leaf's researchers should have an opportunity to investigate the parts before they're damaged or destroyed.
    • The Goketsu will swap parts upon request with a 24 hour grace period.
    • Flexible on how many parts are in his possession at once in exchange for useful jutsu (e.g. reduction of need for sleep), consultation on the Great Seal, Snake inclusion in the Summoning Network (if not already included), help setting up a 7th path chakra farm for Noburi to drain, and any information about Pain's ritual which may be pertinent to the Great Seal/3D sealing.
 
@Velorien @eaglejarl I noticed on Hazou's character sheet that Physique is still over the cap. Did we ever get a ruling about how Pangolin Training XP interacts with the cap system?

Suggested ruling: Hazou continues to accumulate XP but will not be able to level Physique before he uncaps the skill. When he does uncap he automatically must buy as much Physique as he can from the accumulated pool.

Intent behind the suggestion: This adds a minimum of bookkeeping and it preserves the uncap system's integrity.

Yeah the plan doesn't really have anything else going on if Oro is like "I don't have that"

EDIT: Really think that haggling with Oro isn't the best option, though of those options the "sleep" one is best since it feels least-confrontational. Would really rather we just accept and be done with it all.
