Well we have enough XP for 1 level in alterness for Hazou and 2 level for Nobby
I dunno, Ami has been called Mori Itachi before. She's probably not quite that good, but we aren't near Itachi tier yet so she could easily still be outpacing us. We'd have to see Ami in action more before we could estimate how fast we're moving relative to her.I mean sure it's fairly impressive but these kids are just not on our level. We are basically on par with the Ami's of the world.

Yes. This is likely to be the final version:
Declarations are an OOC action, and thus can only be taken by the players. Also, the players have no control over NPCs' FP expenditure. ("Keiko, Noburi, I'm going to try not to treat you as tools in the future. Now are you OK with me spending your luck on your behalf?")By the way, can I suggest that in the future, fate point expenditures for Declarations are more spread out for things that affect the group as a whole? Hazou's eating a lot of those costs for things that affect Keiko or Noburi equally, and it's deflating his FP pool at the same time as theirs are inflated. For instance, Noburi or Keiko could have eaten the fate point cost for declaring easy to steal alcohol.

I assume we get no benefit from draining other Wakahisa barrels we captured during those 20 hours?
Could spend that time drawing more explosive seals. They aren't exactly a secret, and we go through them like hotcakes.
Ahh well that's a thing. Should probably try to keep plans short to keep bloat down. But is not super important nowAdditionally, any bonus XP for the above go to a special pool, which may be spent (and may only be spent) on buying FP, at a rate of 10 XP for 1 FP.
I don't have a set timeframe in mind. If you want to write a plan that only takes up part of the allotted time (e.g. a painstakingly-planned hour spent begging Akane to take you back), I am OK with that. The only restriction is that this is the only plan during which you will have access to the retroactive post-bunker time. Once an update is posted that covers subsequent events, there will be no returning to it.@Velorien
To confirm: you want to write the prep(naybe this is off screen depending) party, and (totality of) the rest day on the next update?
Preemptive Like-ing in case you decide to move the chapter.
We should have been nice and given them some pain killers.Right now the leaning among the QMs is that most consequences, physical or mental, will not affect alertness. Something like "Drugged" might, but not "You Stabbed My Foot"
WE STILL CAN!

On which note:
Does Noburi have enough drugs, or anticipate he's able to get enough from the apothecaries to affect all unconscious genin with such an aspect for the following two days?Right now the leaning among the QMs is that most consequences, physical or mental, will not affect alertness. Something like "Drugged" might, but not "You Stabbed My Friggin' Foot!" This is not a ruling yet.
Bit late now.Does Noburi have enough drugs, or anticipate he's able to get enough from the apothecaries to affect all unconscious genin with such an aspect?
He has a pile of Opium on him still IIRC from when we tried to do this before Event 5.On which note:

Not really. We could walk into Mist through another entrance and shop a bit before turning in.
What exam rules would it violate? No, we have 20 hours of retroactive free time left in the first round.
That said, we ARE being monitored by proctors during this time. Would this be considered a violation of exam rules?
