Actually, now that I think about it, the civilians are even less capable of exiting the cloud quickly than the ninja are. Man... they gonna be drunk.

Can't medic-nin accelerate metabolism of liver enzymes responsible for metabolizing alcohol, thus preventing drunkenness?

I've not really been keeping up with the last few pages, so I'm not sure what's going on. But screaming is probably appropriate.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGHHHH!!!

Eh, maybe if you're like Shizune tier or higher.

We're going back to plan GTFO since it appears via a careful reading of the last update that there are in fact proctors within a stones throw (and they are looking our way, now).

And on this note, it's time to flex our diplomacy muscle, hivemind! Not a single candidate will be harmed in the process of enacting @eaglejarl's event. Prepare the plans for the impromptu MEW fort as well.
So help me god, if you find a way to do that, I will make you regret it. There will be pain and suffering and wailing and gnashing of teeth and misery of truly Biblical proportions. We're talking serious Old Testament stuff here, not that namby-pamby New-Age Testament stuff.

Do we have a count of how many people left / weren't there? If it's ~5 nonleaf people away, yeah it being all proctors makes sense. The proctors don't know where leaf guys are so they only know not all contestants are here.

If its 15+ I think some are contestants.
There were 48 teams left after the eliminations, and 150 roles on the list. You aren't sure how many teams actually found the event in time.

How big is the tournament?

Do people who break their henge automatically disqualified from the entire exam?
This was already answered, but I'll confirm: if your henge breaks you are DQ'd from this event, not from the Exams as a whole.

Medieval magic medic: "What's an enzyme?"
Another wave of green medical chakra flowed into Noburi's flabby body, gently nudging his faulty metabolism back towards a healthy balance, but causing another series of convulsions that set the toddler thrashing against his padded restraints.
A new problem arose once they arrived at the bar. There was no difficulty with treating the Rice ninja to drinks, as agreed, but Kagome-sensei didn't drink in hostile territory as a matter of principle (which is to say he was virtually teetotal), and Hazō was fairly sure Inoue-sensei would kill him and the other genin if she heard about them subjecting their still-developing metabolisms to alcohol in a crisis situation.
Those things that make metabolism work, IDK.

Real talk: If medic-nin have the ability to correct faulty metabolisms they should have an idea of what enzymes are, or what specifically in the metabolism they're targeting.

I mean, it sounds to me like there's something being built outside the village, so I doubt it'll be that easy anyways. I kind of figured it would be structured against letting us do the fortress thing anyways.

Plus there were the public disqualifications that got removed from the event.

Wait, 150 roles? I thought there were like 200-250 people in the Event?

Civilians don't have secret roles.

Let say that for whatever reason, about 10% are too stupid to find the next event. That's 4.8 teams. So rounded that to five.

48 - 5 = 43. We expect 129 ninjas.

A bunch also got DQed already.

It'd be hilarious if Mist threw their arms in the air and built a fort for us so they can do combat simulations there in the next event. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
