Ugh, I really need to be doing work. This bug has a huge ugh factor. That said....

@eaglejarl @Velorien @OliWhail Any update on:
  • Keiko's Pangolins/Pangolin jutsu?
  • Character sheets?
  • Unanswered questions from earlier update:
    • Who did the other Leaf teams encounter and how did it go?
    • Who do they think are the high-power dangerous teams to watch out for?
    • How many seals did they bring in?
    • How did other Teams locate the Exam?
    • For any team who turned in word, put high priority on learning how proctors treated them and what measures were in place to prevent them from sending messages back.
There are proposed answers to these in the QM QUINOA and we're just waiting for @Velorien and/or @OliWhail to have the spoons to check them over.

Two other times to my recollection, once when we were training with Mari-sensei on Dispel (she hit us with an illusion of Hidden Swamp being Zabuza'd) and another time due to some chakra bird-monster that hid a mass of flesh-eating...things.
Good point. Also, there was that one time when you were mindwalked.

hell, just the fact that they felt comfortable threatening a ninja (even a genin) in Hazou's background suggests something.
For what it's worth, he was an Academy student at the time.

Well, strictly speaking, I don't recall ever being told that assaulting proctors was forbidden...
It is. Nice try, though. :p

@Velorien:

Summoning cost for Panashe has led to inference that she only has 40-ish Stealth, which is something that we should expect a lot of candidates to equal or beat in Alertness. Given that she's supposed to be an elite covert operative this sounds weird to me. Some people have suggested that pangolins are just awful at Stealth, so their elites can be spotted by human chunin. Does this interpretation line up with what Hazou's seen of Panashe, or should we expect her to have higher Stealth than that?
I don't know that Hazō has actually seen Panashe in action enough to judge this. Has he?

I would be hella amusing if Hazao autotrumps Yamanaka mind techniques by the sheer force of thoughts by the questbase.

Secret Bloodline Technique: Supreme Hivemind!
Jashin I hope you get hit by a Yamanaka at some point, just so you guys can see what happens.

As EJ said, being actively worked on. Thanks for keeping up the reminders :)

Nice try at what? Assaulting proctors is a horrible idea even if it were permitted. You're overestimating the playerbase if you think we could extract any real value from being able to assault proctors. We're not that clever.
DO NOT SAY THAT THEY WILL TRY IT JUST TO PROVE YOU WRONG EVEN IF IT GOES HORRIBLY AHHHHHHH

On the contrary, Ino has already proven that we can extract real value from assaulting proctors. Just not with our bodies :V

I mean mist probably only has like 20 jounin left? We can probably beat up most of the proctors

Hmm, we saw the results of Ino trying it in youthsuit chapter, which was meant to be canon at the time. Granted, as that chapter is now non-canon you can retroactively change how the interaction would work without technically contradicting yourself, but in a vacuum the most likely option is that what happened earlier is what will happen now.

Wonder what Ino would say if we asked her what an "Abberant personality manifold" is? :p

I was gonna make a joke, but I thought better of it given this quest's history of joke votes.

Other questions still under discussion, but this was signed off:

There are 45 Leaf genin (15 teams) in the Exams. 4 of them (including you) were in the Doom Fortress and each of you brought in 49 or 50 seals. Other than that:

0 (Taken out by a team from Rock, escorted out of the Swamp and DQ'd)
0 (Taken out by a team from Lightning, knocked out, thrown out of Swamp and DQ'd)
5/5/6
11/11/12
14/15/14
21/22/21
27/27/27
33/33/34 (Hinata/Shino/Kiba)
49/49/49 (Ino/Shika/Cho)
49/49/49 (Neji/Tenten/Lee)
49/49/49 (Akane/Sakura/Haru)
49/49/50 (Team Uplift)
78/78/77
81/81/81
82/82/83

Note that these are the Leaf totals. You don't know how other nations' teams did.
