Not all the knowledge. In particular, I noticed in the main part of this chapter that he doesn't have his recently acquired insight that the Great Seal failing was probably caused by the skytowers given to the Pangolins, so that (since that presumably won't be happening this time around) it might be decades or centuries more before the accumulated erosion from Conjura/storage seals/etc. results in Dragon release. In which case he might gather all the Clan bosses for nothing and waste his reputation for when his inevitable mass seal usage on the Seventh Path does cause the release of the Dragons, only later.
