When we finish the mission parameters - i.e. chakra beasts are cleared. Atm, any Uplift stuff is just where convenient while clearing chakra beasts. Added clarification to next round of edits.

- Make camp in sky towers
- Next day head to the coast
- Head a reasonable amount South so the weather gets warmer
- No more than 8 hours
- While traveling keep an eye out for interesting chakra plants or specimens
- Grab as many as you can especially while still in the swamp to give to Noburi for study
- While on the way there, stop at villages to inform them of till'n'fill subsidies (if they are unaware) offer funding for Till'n'fills and provide them quick General Uplift stuff
- Salterns/Ice
- Declaration: Spend a fate point to have the wood we would need
- Use MEW to wall off some sections of ocean.
- Freeze with EM.
- Boil leftover brine.
- Make as much Ice as possible and collect as much salt as possible
- SIN testing
- While Akane is use EM to freeze/boil water Kagome and Hazō will continue SIN test
- Same precautions as first time but only up to 5-stack batches

It doesn't have us continue SIN testing but we don't need to re-try that right away. As long as we don't close the option it'll either come up on its own (i.e. Kagome tells us that we should be safe up to SIN-10, or Kagome tells us it's not safe at all anymore) or we'll get to bring it up again later.
And in the meantime we'll get a lot of what we intended to do done, except for maybe building spy network contacts but I would prefer we have a proper game plan for that and dedicate a full mission to it instead of tacking it on the end of this one.
(Seriously though, I think of 'how we'd go about recruiting contacts' and at the object-level I just draw a blank, and it doesn't feel like the kind the QMs would be happy to let us fill. I feel like the biggest hurdle to getting us recruiting contacts is an effortpost on recruitment SOP that we can agree on and then summarize in our plans)

So I kinda like all the plans, but I also have issues with the plans, to some degree or another. So here's my attempt at fusing them together, and hoping the resulting abomination doesn't make everyone run screaming in horror.

Add also collecting plants, please? I want anything that could possibly have pharmacological effects, so while chakra anything is important I also think that plants we don't know much about or that are poisonous or otherwise may have some effect would be good to have too.

We're going to Florida.
I like what we're doing here, but (!) I would really like to go to Iron (More Yakuza, chance of running into Oro's organization, we pass by the Rift [Interdimensional shenanigans maybe!], and its right there -- we're probably not going to be around the neighborhood for quite a while). We can then go to Tanzaku Gai, clear everything, and then do the same thing there.
Is there any way this can be achieved, or is the state of "Being in Iron doing things." some sort of fundamental obstacle that cannot be hurdled?
