Also, completely irrelevant note: Would it be appropriate for us to ask about Mari's Truth Lost in the Fog kinjutsu? I'm not sure if this is the right time for it but am honestly curious about its mechanics and 'price'.
Do we know if there are clanless ninja among the escort group? Just thinking out loud.
Would it be possible to move this to the bottom of its section? I feel we'd want to debrief Mari and Kagome first, and this way seems less anachronistic.

@Oneiros would you be open to throwing ~100k ryo from our gambling winnings to supplement Till-n-fill mission pay (they're way cheap IIRC, so we can probably double the pay for a huge amount with that money)? IMO it would align with "Better missions for clanless nin" since stuck up clan brats certainly won't be doing this sort of yucky field work.

Yes, voting is open. I always count from the most recent threadmark unless stated otherwise. If someone wants it to be from the last chapter, I have no problem doing that but I don't by default.@eaglejarl I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that voting is still open?
(Also are we counting votes from the last threadmark or from the last chapter? Sometimes we do one or the other and I just want to make sure [i.e. do I have to edit stuff still or is someone else with really interesting and clever plans like @huhYeahGoodPoint or @Oneiros cool to take the reins?].)

Apologies if anything below has been brought up before, I didn't have time to read through the last ~20 pages, so this is purely based on main story text.

This is a good intention but I'm not sure locating the talented clanless ninja is going to be quite that simple - if they're not being offered the missions that suit them most, then their records/reviews will not actually be outstanding?
Perhaps looking for people with very varied records (great results and reviews for some missions, substandard results for others) might be a better approach - we can then try to make it so they can take more of the first type of missions, and less of second (assuming the variance is due to the task, and not personal unreliability).
As written is probably still a good idea, but I'd like us to find out more about how evaluation and mission assignment actually work, before trying to make changes. I suppose talking to clanless ninja who are doing relatively well at the missions might be enlightening there, actually.

Hmm. They're chakra constructs, but presumably still dogs. I would say yes, but only if they stay on the human path all the way up until birth. If not, the bits that were part of the summon would poof back with them.
