I am >99% certain that if she wanted Hazou dead she is capable of far better ways of bringing it about.
While explicitly mentioning everything except the whole, "The walking supercomputer elite jounin just told us that something is about to go so badly that it will probably kill even her despite her having more than a month to prepare", thing.
Perhaps I'm just paranoid, but that doesn't seem like the sort of thing which should be casually folded in under, "etc."

She could have just been lying to signal a sense of urgency to force Hazou to accept her bargain.
Or she is speaking the truth but that doesn't mean she isn't exaggerating, or that it would involve us, or some other possibilities.
In any case, we don't know the real reason and I am very suspicious about the fact that she didn't expand on it once we didn't take the bait.
Best thing to do is keep calm and let Jiraiya deal with it after we have told him word by word what happened.

She has lied about so many things and consistently manipulated Hazou during their meeting but somehow that particular bit is now entirely truthful and we should do - what exactly? If she wanted to tell us what the problem was, she would have. Because she knew we would report to Jiraiya. And either way, this is way above our competence level to deal with.

The point is more what the GMs are going to infer about character's awareness and priorities. Right now it looks as if he's going to explicitly focus on the armor leak, yakuza link, seduction attempt, uplift offer, potential poisoning, personal development, and, oh yeah, if there's still time and Jiraiya happens to notice it, maybe also perhaps the imminent apocalypse.

You are talking about the guy who likes to invent WMDs for fun so I think the GMs know exactly where Hazou's priorities lie. In fact, they should be happy that Hazou is extending some professional courtesy to whoever is trying to induce the apocalypse instead of getting jealous over getting shown up.
Seriously though, if you aren't happy with the plans, suggest a line of action to implement and maybe it will get picked up. Failing that, you could always make your own plan and people that also think that Jiraiya is unlikely to pick up on it through a word by word replay of the conversation can vote for that instead.

We will offer a technique exchange.
Hazou will introduce her to Goketsu Face Punching (Kage Edition) and Ren will give us Kurosawa Body Language (Exasperated Aunt Edition) in return.
And the real answer is: we are asking Hana whether Ren would give us her permission to teach us and what her general attitude towards us is. We aren't actually talking to Ren that update at all. I am pretty sure the intent is to first figure out if there is an actual shot of this working and what Ren would want in return.

Speaking of: the plan asks permission to go see a medic-nin without actually instructing Hazou to do so if he gets it.
I assume the intent is that he does so, but then the same would apply to go see Hana if he gets permission. The latter we may not want to do on the same day/update because we probably would want to put more detail into that bit otherwise.
Plus it would cut into precious Nobu-Nobu Time which would be unforgivable. Hana already interfered with one of Hazou's relationships, she must not do so again.
