She can just have carte blanche and I don't think it would matter at this point. It keeps J under the Hat and thats what he really cares about since it makes it easier for him to devote resources to finding Naruto as a priority.

AFAICT, the idea is that its not that much harder than a regular storage seal, but that taking several of them on caravans can lead to a single party being the equivalent of a small fleet of pickup trucks, or if we're really pushing it, a fairly loaded trading ship.
