@Sir Stompy, fixed!

@Sir Stompy, fixed!
Alright spill, how'd you do it? Was it the "Voting by Task" causing problems?

How much chakra does Hazou have and how much chakra does the most junior Dog cost?
Hazou has 242 CP. He doesn't know exactly how much chakra the most junior Dog would cost to summon -- he'd need to summon them to find out.

How likely is it in Hazou's estimation that destroying an infused seal via explosive - say a 5SB, causes a sealing failure? In a range from "literally impossible" to "very unlikely but it's been known to happen" to "Kagome screeching for 2 straight hours about how he failed as a sensei"
Unlikely, but known to happen. For 5SB, Hazou thinks it might be riskiest if the central seal were damaged while some of the support seals were damaged or deactivated. Of course, the support seals can be damaged in normal ninja use, and while all the support seals are present, the central seal ~cannot be damaged.

Does [Runic HOWS] drain all runes/seals in its range?
You'd need to run an experiment.

@_The_Bomb's tally has "merge proxy votes downwards" enabled. Which, I assume, allows to proxy-vote for plans that were posted after you vested your vote in another user? (Since _The_Bomb's proxy vote for me preceded your plan, and apparently enabling this feature fixes the problem? Same for ContextBot's vote for faflec.)

So a MARS chain set to destroy all the supports and then the central seal in that order should be safe? Or is it more like a 99% should be safe, but really you can't be too careful?

No I think it's a difference between "vote by task" and "vote by line" since that setting is enabled on both tallys I think

Both tallies are "vote by task". You can see how a given tally was ran by clicking on the button with "i" at the bottom-up corner of the tally.
"Merge proxy votes downwards" is the only difference between your and _The_Bomb's tally.

Follow Cancurunchu's lead with the wounded Leopards
  • Suggestion: separate them for interrogation. Promise painless death for the one who provides the most information.
    • Cancurunchu can threaten them with a worse fate
  • Propose focusing on the following information:
I would get rid of the red text so that our QMs don't suffer eye strain from this part. Also suggested wording change below.
  • Follow Cancurunchu's lead with the wounded Leopards
    • Most Intimidating Dog takes point.
    • Suggest separating them for interrogation. Promise an easy death for the one who provides the most information. The other one dies hard.
Clarifying that the most Intimidating Dog takes point (in case it's not Cancurunchu) and elaborating a little on what the threat is.

I have included these changes. The wordcount is now 377 so there's plenty of room for detail if you think that anything else needs to be clarified.

Note:
SCSA - Scenery Clone Seal Array
SSSA - Silence Shell Seal Array
[x] kill them, in no uncertain terms
wordcount: 377 words

  • Declare (-1 FP) that Hazou has Kagome's entire stockpile of SCSA and SSSA, plus what Kagome was able to scribe during our preparation time, and the remaining Banshee Fuckers, minus one for Kei (4 total).
  • Replace any expended seals on the Dogs, make sure we have CATEARS+MARS chains ready.
    • Give everyone chakdar
  • Follow Cancurunchu's lead with the wounded Leopards
    • Suggestion: Interrogate them, separately.
      • Most intimidating dog takes point.
      • Promise an easy death for the one who provides the most information.
      • The other one dies hard.
      • Propose focusing on the following information:
        • What was your target in Dog?
        • How many Leopards are nearby?
        • How far away are they?
        • How many jounin/chunin/genin equivalent warriors are there?
        • Any ranged fighters?
        • Are there any settlements/encampments nearby?
  • Based on the intel and chakra levels of the Dogs, present the following combat scenarios to Cancurunchu
    • Plan A - Retreat to the Dog to rest/recover chakra, leaving behind traps -- skyslicers on the boundary of a SCSA would be almost impossible to spot.
      • Set up invisible observation posts on the border with Shadow Clones/telescopes/SCSA/skytowers to detect the counterattack. Charge out to meet them, or set additional traps and wait.
        • Make sure to refill from Nobs at check-in
    • Plan B - Dig in here, fortify with skyslicers, Force Walls, SCSA, SSSA, Goo Bombs/Implosion Seals
      • If possible, set up the team in a Zone with cover, surrounded by Zones without cover, trapped with Goo Bombs/Implosion Seals
      • Disguise our traps using SCSA
      • Place skyslicers close to Zone borders -- make sure the Dogs know the safe routes
      • In the team's Zone, Hazou can go up 30 meters on a skytower and spot with a telescope, covered by the SCSA
    • Plan C - Go hunting for a Leopard camp based on the intel we got, tunnel underneath it from a safe distance away to maintain surprise. Then pop out and start killing.
  • Follow Cancurunchu's lead and go with whatever he thinks is best.
    • But, unless there are very few Leopards nearby, push for Plan C, or plan A if we don't have a good target.
      • Staying static against an unknown force seems incredibly risky.
  • Unsummon upon taking a Medium Consequence or fighting a clearly lost battle.
  • Use SCSA + SSSA when we make camp

Just had a thought, how about adding

  • Any sensory specialists?
We don't want to target a camp with Leopard Byakugan

Ask whether or not Option A will satisfy the mission objective/send the right message.

Killing raiders sends a different message from going on a raid and killing in their lands, and the point of the mission is to send a message.

If the doggos say it's on-message or close enough, great! But it might not be, and it's important that it doesn't get overlooked.

Isn't this the entire point of running the 3 scenarios past Cancurunchu? Like he can just say, "nah we've gotta push on - this sends the wrong message."

Then buff up, pop out, and start killing

we do still have 'push for option A' at the tail end, which LHM objected to last night. I think it's smart to either drop the preference ranking for plan A/C or to verify that plan A fits the mission-brief.

@Left-Hand Mutant: I added a verification for plan A
