If that was about my earlier proposal, I acknowledged it but I was specifically trying to render internal chakra visible to Hazo to check if the only reason the IN can't copy jutsu is that the IN can't see internal chakra molding etc. See Invisibility is why I think it's possible at all but iirc paper seals don't give rune veterancy so idk if there's any point learning it first.

Now that Kei has access to CotWG 20 I'm considering unstagnation options for her. The current frontrunner is sending her on a tough chakra beast extermination mission with Yuno. But IIRC some people wanted to explore the fire cave again?

Could send Noburi out with then. That would let Kei summon a ninjutsu Pangolin. Noburi + Pangolin can kill the shades while Kei + Yuno set up Aspects and generate tags?
Edit: Noburi is also a Summoner, and can bring in a ninjutsu Toad, too.

Even if available chakra is the limiting factor, Noburi's time as a medic and whatever else is valuable, while some random wakahisa genin could do the redistribution just as well.
If Naruto identifies strategic advantages for Leaf as a whole, though, he can order full-time diplomats to work that angle instead of it being Hazo's problem.
Set up several variants with different levels of amplification, hunting for the sweet spot of the eye's dynamic range - neither too dim nor too bright. Observe through magnifying lenses under conditions of otherwise total darkness.
I think the Summons we have aren't all that great. But someone pointed out to me that CotWG and SotS would likely let us damage the shades (if they still exist)

Specifically, removed "the following" from the sanity-check section, and reorganized the Horizon Chasers/TH request to make it a main section (Dogs) with two major subsections (Horizon Chasers, Cantahapuyu) below a "clear with Cannai first" bullet.

I disagree with including Kei in the debrief about foom being busted. Unless and until we're given permission, Mari should be the only other person that's allowed to know, due to OPSEC concerns.

I see your point, though just because Kei is a relatively worse liar than Mari doesn't mean she can't keep secrets (e.g., EM Nuke).

Silver lining in this possible breach? Without something like Hazou's spreadsheet vision, the other FOOM's will either be painfully slow in comparison (even discounting not Resolve-Speccing), or risk Consequences.
Really need to talk to Noburi about getting examined, and have the "ethic, uplift, and immortality" convo with snuncle.
The dark miasma effects seemed to make breathing harder, shadow clones and summons--to lesser extent, more brittle. If it could be replicated by a seal or rune, it might be useful Anti-Akatusuki trick. Do you think there's any relevance or overlap regarding the chakra potential Runes you thought of? If I understood your example correctly, it seemed like the Miasma lowered the potential chakra in the area.

"disrupt physical chakra constructs" seems like the theme here. will also mess with Kisami's jutsu.
The issue is that it will also disrupt our own summons/SC, and "invent a chakra battery, then flood the combat with SC and summons" seems like a promising combat route for us.
