[X] Training Akane: Initiating Apotheosis
[X] Training Keiko: Shadow Clones
Personally, I would like to precommit to spending the 2 slots we get in January on them, and tell them so, and use the current slot we have on someone else.
Noda, an alcoholic technique hacker of unknown elemental affinity, very disinterested in us right now but Mari has been working behind the scenes to make her like us more (or something like that).
Aya? Ava? Something like that. I don't remember much about her,
I'm okay with Noda or Sakura, though I'd also be open to saving it. Aya's pov chapter heavily implied that she suffered extreme trauma at the hands of a taijutsu specialist and that Hazou reminded her of her assailant. Aya was extremely disinterested and I vaguely recall saying that we should give her her space because of that.
I'd still totally be down for Sakura, provided that Haru and Akane are okay with that. They were friends and Sakura should be a good fit into the Goketsu. So unless there's anything horrible that Akane/Haru haven't told us about her, then I'm down to vote for her getting the adoption slot...
Or Noda, since Noda is a technique hacker with her own unique jutsu and was interesting enough when... Well, when she wasn't blackout drunk. But I can understand how we might not have the time to commit to helping her to her feet.
I don't think we should waste a slot asking for a tracking dog. Canoe is a scout so she will probably be able to fill out that role
I'd argue that it's very important. We only discovered Isan (and thus, the Pangolin Scroll) because of a lucky tracking roll on Mari's part. Candoru is probably a pretty good tracker, but imagine what a
tracking specialist dog summon might lead us to?? (Edit: the ultimate game of fetch) ^.^
This line definitely stuck with me the most.
So tragic. : /
I didn't catch it at first... Upon reread? Yeah... It hit my heart.
Constant eyes on Noburi and especially Yuno right fucking now.
...But... Why? They seemed alright, if a little confused by standard relationship stuff. Noburi and Yuno need to sit down and talk it out (with Keiko moderating, probably) but nothing more than that.
They're building to something heartbreakingly terrible.
So... Happiness is a death flag? I mean, sure Noburi needs to show he's devoted to Yuno and dedicated to her, but I don't think there's anything more at stake than their relationship.
