I'm curious, what does Hazo think about the reverse-engineerability of Skywalkers by Sealmasters who 'only' get a look at a draft of what someone else who looked at the Skywalker drew out?
Like, is it plausible that Leaf's enemies give up on conventional reverse-engineering conclude that the Skywalker is Jiraiya's invention, and is an S-rank grade seal?
Should we be concerned about people trying to kidnap Leaf's Sealmasters to extract Skywalker details?

It's absolutely reverse engineerable. It wouldn't even require a master, just a reasonably competent sealsmith.

Edit: That's assuming Mari already set the students up right after we proposed it to Ebisu, which may or may not be true. But it's probably still close to done, if not already so.
