It's possible that Noburi has been going out and doing this...but I don't think Asuma would risk deploying him, even domestically, until we've got a handle on this whole world war thing.

AMITY (the exam portion) began on the 25th of March. I don't know when we expect negotiations to end - it doesn't sound like we know what's going on at this point. Kei or Shika might, but they might be sworn to secrecy, too.
 
Following Jiraiya's theory of "a jōnin is made of trauma and sacrifice tied to self-identity", Hazō's guilt could be leveraged into passing the jōnin barrier for Epic Skillz Unlox through the Armageddon Initiative it looks like some characters are steadily advancing towards that

… and I just noticed that I somehow misinterpreted that entire section as us talking to Yuno, instead of talking to Noburi about Yuno. I'm a dumb. :facepalm:

Maybe we should offer Hazō as sacrifice as a mediator? He's clan head, so holds authority in Yuno's mind, and for the same reason it could be considered his duty to do this kind of thing. I also think he'd be perfectly fine at it, which in the ninja world is a glowing recommendation.

His character sheet has 'foot in mouth' and I don't feel good about our ability to navigate the situation given how close we are to everyone involved. Someone with some emotional distance feels better-suited to the task.

Put another way, if your brother offered to be your relationship counsellor, would you say yes? Does your answer become yes if you are totally unfamiliar with the idea of relationship counselling and your brother has a knack for saying the wrong thing at the wrong time?

And I really want to read Ma and Pa giving relationship advice.
 
Also, F's going to use that as blackmail against us, so we should stay as far away from her as we can until we're S-rank and can laugh at treason.

To get to 29 Sealing, we need a total of 168 XP. Hazo currently has 24 Sealing XP banked, so we can reduce that to 144 Sealing XP Required.
If the current training plan for Hazo is implemented, he will have 47 Resolve which equals 14 SC training blocks a day. If we take 3 away to read the sealing notes alongside Prime, that leaves him with a 1.1x FOOM multiplier and 16 Sealing XP/day. This means that in 9 days, Hazo could accumulate enough Sealing XP to switch over to FOOM full time.

Could you add mention of taking a "standard" 10 day cycle for the update? This should get us enough to level Sealing to 29 next chapter.

I would also recommend removing the bit about researching MARS. It is not safe to do so at our current Sealing and Calligraphy, especially not with only 2 FP in the tank. We could instead research something simpler, like the pressure activated activator seal for civilians to be able to use storage seals. Perhaps worth crowdsourcing a replacement seal.

Can I suggest querying Noburi as to whether he thinks he can train his internal reserves now through more traditional means?
