Hey guys, new reader here, and as most new players (I would assume?) I have a few ideas and questions. I'll start with the latter, as the answers to these might shoot down quite a few of the former. If these have been asked before, then I'm sorry, but there was quite a bit to read through! :p

So, for the questions.
  1. Is it possible to make flashbang seals?
  2. Is it possible to make seals that emit a specific color?
  3. If the answer to the above is yes, is that because you can store away that light, and then unseal it, or is it possible to "create" light, like seals can "create" explosions?
  4. Is it possible to seal things continually? More specifically, is it possible to make something that seals away incoming light?
  5. Are we aware of any mechanics that transfers things sealed in one storage seal to another?
  6. In the manga, the elemental nations has access to both television, wireless radio, and fridges. Has this been changed?

Yes. ;)

yes, flashbang seals are possible.

Yes, the Party Trick Seal can create custom RGB value lights.

It is possible to create light. I believe we are unaware of any way to store light that is not a byproduct of something else.

Unknown.

Indeed. But once that's done... imagine a seal that shoots gamma rays at opponents. It should certainly be a last ditch trick, and only if we really want to kill people, but I can think of a few people on whom I wouldn't mind inflicting that fate.
 
@eaglejarl @Velorien the player timeline says that chapter 152 took the whole day but the update said it was only 2 hours. Was wondering if we could get clarification on which is correct if possible?

    You have handed Jiraiya the joint Kagome/Keiko report on Akatsuki. He sighed and added it to one of his ever-growing piles of paperwork. When asked about using flashy or impressive seals, Jiraiya insisted you focus on effectiveness - he'll find a way to brag about his sealing prodigy son to the other judges one way or another.

    As far as OPSEC while in Mist: No sky-anything. Nothing about any of your jutsu, your seals, your travels (especially Cold Stone), other Leaf nin, naruto, Akatsuki, the USOUD... really just talk about the weather.

    Akane is attending the Exams along with one Sakura Haruno and another teammate, name TBD.

    Seal loadout that everyone ends up with, barring objection from @eaglejarl or @Velorien:
    • 100 each A,B,C-class explosives
    • 10 empty storage, 3 full of food, 3 full of water, 3 of camping and misc ninja supplies, 2 of clothing

    Flashbangs were not included in your loadout because I'm pretty sure you can't make those yet. Silence Mines do not stack, so you prepped fewer of them than were in the plan. Mindful of Jiraiya's prohibition of warfare-changing explosions, Hazou did not prep any pre-filled implosion seals. He did however prep additional banshee slayers to stick on equipment and misc.

    Misterator mist isn't really dense enough to obscure vision, and Living Roots isn't sufficiently high level to be useful for blindfighting yet. You have practiced banshee/earmuff silent communication.

    e: Tunneler's Friends? We need those for reasons. Mostly involving Hazou becoming one with the earth :D

    I disagree. Those explosion seal numbers should have a few extra zeroes on the end, just to be safe. Also, why didn't we get any seal paper or ink?
