Random event roll of 22 to 26, perhaps. Meaning that the whatever thing with the Dream Queen happens if we get a random roll in that range during one of the turns.

Randy Cunningham is such an underrated and underwatched show that got cancelled too early. I was kinda glad that it was finally appearing in something for once. I get it from a QM PoV, since it'd be hard to watch through a show you might not even like JUST to write something that your players haven't even shown any interest in interacting with. Just more a personal letdown

Superhuman technically, since capes are tech heroes and "genetically upgraded" is a common super backstory. He wouldn't count as a superhero or villain, though, since he doesn't actually go out and do anything to make it some kind of "occupation."
My first thought was that she had some kind of amnesia from being a magic ghost so long, but the rest of the interlude reveals that she was just trying to keep her identity secret and her purpose mysterious. I can't tell if that is for an actual reason, or just because she was trying to act chuuni.
It's funny. This reminds me of that one old fan-theory that Marco was related to Queen Celena due to them having similarly colored and shaped cheekmarks. It's not really relevant. Just making my usual commentary rounds

The fact that this was the focus of "the past" makes me think that everything else in this reading is related to Star Vs.
Distant, far-off lands could mean Xanadu and the other locations on Felldrake's map, or other dimensions.
I'm reading this as Star won't be found before Eclipsa presumably begins her big plan of revenge, the question here is where is it focused on. It really depends on whether the mewmans or a monster-civil war killed her husband.
Whatever Eclipsa currently plans, it will fail, and utterly ruin the masquerade. Her people could either refer to the remaining mewmans, or the monsters, and they would presumably be set adrift on earth, which would definitely break the masquerade.
Is the W.I.T.C.H. faction currently fighting against Toffee led by a princess? That's the only thing that fits as a powerful princess from a distant land iirc. The payment would be Eclipsa teaching her the royal magic she knows, whether through Glossarick's spell-book, a/the mewman magic wand, or some other way Eclipsa knows. The Mewmans were able to replace Eclipsa's child with a peasant in the royal line, so it's definitely possible.

Aight, so, I know nothing about poetry. But does anyone know whether the meter here is important? If we're going to overanalyze this, we should go all the way. Also, her sudden shift into rhyming verse is weird. You'd think someone as shy as her wouldn't just spontaneously break out into rhyme, but on the other hand she says she's just doing it off the cuff later? So maybe her nerdiness just overwhelmed her shyness for a bit so that she could give a vague, rhyming prophecy because that's just what you do when you're a seer?
Also, the whole "seeks an ally of great strength for hearts on her cheeks" seems to be referring to star, given she's the only one who has that specific marking. Which has worrying implications combined with the possibility of Bill having a deal set up with a Mewman.
Hopefully it's just her looking for Glossaryk or something, but payment makes me think deals and deals make me think Bill. Then again, it might just be me jumping to conclusions. The House of Mouse is large, after all, and not every shadowy figure is the Triangle Guy.

22-25 is City of Stone, in which Demona pulls a fast one on Xanatos and uses him to petrify the population of New York with a spell cast over the television. At the end of the multi-parter, Demona is abducted by a fae triad, the Weird Sisters, who manipulate Demona and her enemy/horcrux Macbeth into stealing magical artifacts for them.
Nothing particularly relevant to anyone who could be called a Dream Queen.
