That stood out to me as well. My first thought when reading it was actually that our discussion about switching Hazou's Aspect to some variety of Savior Syndrome has given @Velorien some inspiration. This kind of arrogant "only I can do it" mindset is very much a key part of that cluster of personality disorders, after all. I don't think we've ever seen Hazou exhibit it quite so clearly, either.
Maybe meeting with Tsunade is an opportunity for personal growth, here? To make Hazou understand that not everyone is walking along the downwards spiral, that some people are helping in their own way, and that he should at least respect their efforts, even if they don't quite achieve the kind of results he's personally aiming for.
And neither does Hazou. But he still thought it was worthwhile, seemingly based solely on the assumption that his own effort was inherently more valuable and important than anyone else's.

- In general, just blow shit up for the hell of it.
Family Game Night
- Team Uplift delivers the game night invitations. (Check with Jiraiya and/or Mari regarding participants)
- The ground is lava!
- They must chakra adhere to other surfaces or bounce off of clones/themselves/use jutsu to avoid touching the ground.
- Deliver Lee's first. Ask him if he wants to join in.
- Invite everyone on an individual basis.
- FAILURE: Any interaction between Hazou and Akane.
- Avoid, AVOID!
- Once everyone but Kakashi has been invited the Team try to track Kakashi down to give him an invite.

Its wishful thinking to think Casino Seals are potentially useful in the tournament. The point is to get started on the tech tree and hopefully finish that seal this week.
OTOH Large storage seals are GOD TIER (because PMYF) and we know they exist.
Likewise we need to figure out what Mountain seals do (if its a seal variant of EM I will laugh).

We could try to shift the goal to have more focus on equalising or providing better opportunities for clanless ninja, as Hazou has experience as both and hence can personally relate to it.
The main thing holding them back other than lack of contacts is lack of access to techniques that are hoarded by clans.
We could try to promote greater access to training and techniques (focus on sealing and medicine).
Sealing and medicine seem to be the two areas that aren't monopolised by clans so we shouldn't step on their toes too much.
This could also could probably provide a way to grow our clan's effective manpower via clan affliates which I feel is necessary as the clan's success is dependent on the efforts of a very few people.
Clanless ninja are more likely to have civilian relatives hence will also will be more amenable to civilian welfare initiatives and hence will provide viable vectors for our ideology.
