I would also like to see if we could get Canzappu to contract with us. Long range ninjutsu is a useful skill our party only has in Noburi, he's strong, and if his light condensing thing works with our light rune, that's instantly going to be lethal if it hits.

Runes seem to interface with the physical rules of reality, so this is probably actually harder than a "liquify all brains in a radius" rune, or other direct attacks that just cause the fundamental rules of reality to no longer support organic life.
As a rune it would probably be very effective, though.

I think if we want runes like that, that interact magically with biology, Hazou is going to need at least a little bit of Mednin in order to understand the concepts he is programming. If we buy it to 10 we can bump it more with notes. We may need this in order to make the chakra rune line...

Probably depends on how we go about the chakra drain rune. A chakra rune that just rips all the chakra from everything in an area probably doesn't require any mednin, since it's basically just a magnet. The chakra from this would risk being contaminated with nature chakra, though.

Ah, honestly I think the best bet for that will be Noburi figuring out Sage mode well enough to drain from summons in the 7th path, where he'll be able to tell for sure if it's safe for the rest of us.
But even in this case it seem like the rune could be simplified by just concentrating the chakra in water, allowing Noburi to absorb it, rather than trying to feed it directly into a delicate human chakra system.

I don't think the Toads will share that with him any time soon nor do I think he's very close to the prereqs for it...
I do think we want to try this as well. I think we're going to try a lot of shit though. And mimicking the effect of the cave water we're about to go in is definitely not something Noburi can do for us
I maintain that we might already have the tools and knowledge to learn it.
Now if only we had a non-Hazou test subject...

If biphasic chakra suffices to make Sage Mode an absolute juggernaut of an ability, how much stronger would triphasic or X-phasic chakra be?
This seems like it may also have extensive synergies/ enabling lines with Minatosealing.
Potential S-rank hacks:
-A rune/Minatoseal that creates biphasic chakra
-A rune/Minatoseal that assists in the creation or moulding of biphasic chakra in its vicinity
-A Minatorune that assists in the " " of X-phasic chakra " " "
Something to consider as a hail mary or an endgame "Outscale Orochimaru" line of research. Given the IC description of technique hacking it sounds like it would be very relevant to lowering the difficulty of Sage Mode.

It's possible that the others forms of chakra are actually just subcategories of nature chakra, which to humans all seems the same. In this case we'd be effectively defining nature chakra as "chakra not aligned for humans"
