Abrupt temperature change is also a problem. So temperature adjustment should be gradual.
Edit: I am not too worried about this, since people are going to be hydrating a lot, wearing comfortable clothing, etc.

Voting deadline aside, that isn't actually something you can influence--EM takes full effect over two rounds, i.e. a few seconds.Abrupt temperature change is also a problem. So temperature adjustment should be gradual.
She can't just cast it for half the temperature increase she wants, wait a few minutes, then cast it again to bring it up the rest of the way?Voting deadline aside, that isn't actually something you can influence--EM takes full effect over two rounds, i.e. a few seconds.
Not under the current version of the technique. Whether it should be reviewed or not is up for discussion, but in this instance, she certainly wouldn't have the chakra to do that and cover the majority of the event area. Also consider that each casting is a detection risk. She can't just cast it for half the temperature increase she wants, wait a few minutes, then cast it again to bring it up the rest of the way?
Ok, that should do it.
Anyways, I did think of something humorous...
- On the day of the fourth event, Leaf revealed its technique that could cause those within an area under henge to sweat enough to pop their disguises.
- Mist's planning department is in a panic to figure out how to counteract this, shifting their schedules for the next few days to deal with this new possible threat.
- A couple days later, the Henge jutsu suddenly stops working due to a sealing failure that resulted in the jutsu being devoured by the Out.
- Mist's planning department is suddenly conflicted, as one crisis has been averted only to be replaced by another one.
- Shikaku learns of this order of events. He concludes that somehow Hazou knew the sealing failure would happen, and that he revealed a trump card that would be rendered useless so as to waste the time of Mist's planning department. His delusional evaluation of Chessmaster Hazou reaches new heights.
Alas, no. I believe someone made an edit to put it in a safe range. Also, heatstroke conditions should be well within even a novice medic-nin's ability to anticipate, so it's lucky you have one of those.I was asleep, what did we do?
E: yes, I know I can just read further up the page, but at this point I'm still 90% asleep and I'm seeing numbers and nodding off again.
E2: okay, a bit more awake now. So we fucked up the temperature and put everyone in the danger zone?
A decent part of me wants Henge to be gone forever, and it to just add to Kagome's ranting. And everybody'll be like "silly Kagome, obviously if henge existed it would have a global impact, and it doesn't even make sense anyways. You have an overactive imagination."

I'm giving you a "Like", but I want you to know that I would rather give you a "Screaming in Kagome".New headcanon: Kagome has retcon proof memory, as a result of a sealing failure in his youth. Everything he talks about was real at one point, but isn't necessarily real now, and his memories are the only ones to not get eaten by a Grue.
Yeah that's actually pretty horrifying.I'm giving you a "Like", but I want you to know that I would rather give you a "Screaming in Kagome".

...In hindsight, the first bullet point in our plan should've really been "Dispel".
