Not under the current version of the technique. Whether it should be reviewed or not is up for discussion, but in this instance, she certainly wouldn't have the chakra to do that and cover the majority of the event area. Also consider that each casting is a detection risk.

A decent part of me wants Henge to be gone forever, and it to just add to Kagome's ranting. And everybody'll be like "silly Kagome, obviously if henge existed it would have a global impact, and it doesn't even make sense anyways. You have an overactive imagination."
Kagome would probably be conflicted, provided people remember henge and what it did. On the one hand, seal failure. Much screaming! On the other hand, those stinking stinkers can no longer easily disguise themselves. One less thing to worry about. Mind you, the Sage and Dummy still have True Henge, but he would still need to worry about them anyways.
