Really, that wouldn't usually be reasoning I'd espouse, but given that I think we're capable enough at fighting to handle a single jounin in a DMZ (so he probably won't blow the place up with ninjutsu), I feel we should go for it.

e: My primary concern is kenjutsu-enhancement techniques which we admittedly have little to counter.

I though about st from Nobby and I'd rather he attack j. If it comes to running away I don't care about inn damage sorry Honami well make it up with extra extra ice.

Guys, if MEW gets used it'll break the inn. Like, pretty much for sure - the minimum weight is 1500 pounds and we're not going for the minimum. That's right or nine grown men standing on the same section of second story floor built with medieval construction techniques :( I would seriously consider a "try not to concentrate the weight" clause if we don't wanna wreck the place.

Also, no love for exploding the wall as an emergency retreat technique? :p

Because he's not going to give us the time to get everyone through the one teeny window before attacking, which means whoever is still inside is at a progressively bigger disadvantage and eventually becomes a sitting duck.

e: This is a legitimate question, to be clear. I wouldn't consider it so (though certainly morally gray), but maybe others feel differently. This is, of course, while he's unconscious.

I would love to give her the chance to have a moment in the limelight, but she doesn't have any way to nonlethally take the dude down and we're not particularly enthused about the prospects of blowing up the inn in letting her do so.

Would like to spend more time looking over plans but right now I just want to prevent diplomacy plans from passing.
 
Ddra uses mew to push j in in case of fighting, but it's more like a really blunt spear and not that large, I don't think.

If we're putting up a wall to close doorway and running away I don't care about floor damage, just want to run away. Note how at that point even civilians are abandoned.

Srsly, we bury Honami under ice if need be.

I'm going to stop typing in the car now bc motion sickness bye.

I would tend to see it as exchanging the +10 for completing a (I suspect) more XP-rich plan. Which is what @ChronOblivion asked for initially anyhow from their bonus for noticing the QM slip-up.

P.S. All in favor of avoiding Deniable Asset Quest and just focusing on making friends in various countries for our network from here on in? This whole trip would have been a smashing success if we just showed up and became BFFs with Honami.

I quite like working for Jiraiya.

If nothing else, our goals converge much more strongly than with most other parties.

Also he gets us neat stuff like scrolls and teachers.

But I'm happy to avoid being a deniable asset for anyone else.
