Additionally, Keiko had to go through extensive training in Hidden Mountain to understand summoning theory. Naruto probably would have to learn all that before he can summon, making his worth as a summoner nil.
As to the notion of Keiko's lack of self-worth pushing her to offer the pangolins - wrong. She sees her main/sole worth to the team in her contract, she would never give that up because to her, that would make her useless.

IIRC when Keiko signed the Pangolin contract she didn't do any summons: Panda just popped into existence and brought her over.

The idea is the contract negotiator ports in to Naruto's location, immediately reverse summons him and then they chill out safely in the summon realm until we can fix things

Might not necessarily matter. Pangolin were implied to have a way to pull Keiko back to the summon realm for discipline if necessary. Suspect Toads might as well.

I don't think Zabuza would have been doing anything on foot in the Snow country interlude if he was the Condor summoner.
Likewise, he was bitching pretty hard about Leaf's aerial superiority in the recent "Zabuza is alive!" reveal.

Pangolin intelligence explicitly says the Condor summoner is female, not male. And Zabuza's internal monologue identifies himself as male. And everyone who knows Zabuza identifies him as male.

She was alive when the Pangolins gave us that message, right? She died in the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, and that only came after we bought our way into Leaf after getting the Capybara mission, so it could've been her.

With respect using a disguise is fine. Questioning if a character who has presented as male for his entire life and who's internal dialogue also identifies as male is not.
It is literally a legal defense in the real world. If a person murders a trans woman that they had sex with they can claim that they deceived them and where actually a man.
I know you didn't mean anything by it but I would prefer if this community didn't perpetuate tropes that literally increase my chances of getting murdered

I never challenged that idea. Being reverse-summoned requires no skill.
What I said is that Naruto, lacking summoner training, probably won't be able to summon anyone to the Human path. That makes him useless to his summoning clan. It was meant as a counter to @Briefvoice's thought the pangolins would allow a change of their summoner.
