Regarding Maxim Twenty Seven:
  • EJ told us Noburi won't be able to give out chakra in combat
  • It's unlikely Noburi will be able to out-drain multiple Wakahisa in the mist
  • Doesn't really specify any concrete tactics

Upon reading the winning plan: Not sure if we can spend precious rounds trying to make sure we have banshee slayers while enemies are attacking us.

if I understood the plan correctly, this happens before the enemy has arrived in melee range so unless all banshee seals miss or are rendered ineffective, we shouldn't lose any rounds due to enemies either getting penalties to their rounds or not being able to start their combat rounds until they recover.
Also keep in mind that we are using up the rounds of 4 people only, there are more people in the fort that can strike directly at the debuffed enemy.

EDIT: Either the post I was quoting got edited or I quoted the wrong person. Anyway, the answer is mostly about "But why male models banshee seals?"

Combination of "I think Banshee seals are better AOE for our purposes (since comms is a non-trivial solution for our opponents)," "Don't want to reveal more tools than necessary," and a gut feeling that pepper spray doesn't work as well in fog/mist. Hmm... but I suppose it could replace the explosive seals I have Keiko using. I'll let someone else copy and edit my plan if they'd like (I'm not touching it again).

Not on purpose the way Taijutsu can be, but they don't instantly deal deadly damage the way explosives do.

Because I couldn't see a way to replace the traps with sound and so instead ruled that Hazou focused on getting seal production cranking. That may have been a mistake on my part, and if so I apologize.

Use MEW on the wall to misalign the LBFs? Or would that trigger them?

Clarification for air domes: Allies should gather under the air dome once triggered and if possible.
