On Thread Etiquette:

I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

Please endeavour to be cordial. :^)

ok, guys, see that? We don't get the full benefits from Plan Exploit the gromril, because we don't fully proc productivity in Rune. Those. Halls.

it doesn't get the most bang for our buck we could have with 4 actions at once on it though. We'd only proc Productivity on the latter 3 (2) actions, for an equivalent of 5, not 6.
We don't need to prof Productivity twice for the hall. This turn we get it to 1/4. Next turn we put two actions on it, Productivity procs, for 4/4 completion.
Edit: Besides,I don't see us IC choosing to spend time making our workshop nicer when there is critical runemaking to be done.

[X] Plan exploit the Gromil
If that is Adamant and Laihero then we just became the most popular dwarf this side of the World Anvil.
Fuck I Hope its that, but probably not.

I'm 99% certain that in order to get Laitero you have to refine it because it doesn't exist naturally.
I thought that we had no idea, because it was mentioned only once as the material Laihtendrung was made of, and that it made you immune to even the magic of Chaos Gods because it was literally crystallized Law. I never realized it required refining. How would one refine Gromril into Law?

From what others who have Stone and Steel have told me you have to refine gromril into Adamant and then somehow make Laitero out of that. The sort of feat an Ancestor God might pull.

We rolled absurdly enough that it might be Glimril? but literally no one knows how that works except the Ancestor Gods.

Eh, I'm gonna say I think we'd need more than one nat 100 to get glimril...so as to indulge the superstition of not being overconfident and therefore making it doubly awesome if we do.

I imagine the MC to look like a smaller version of Santa claus from rise of the guardians
like this except more scowly and tattoos in khazalid or runes and obviously a much fuller beard

[X] Plan Workshop stat
-[X] Find a new Workshop: Now that you're original site is the scene of a rather large Gromril find, you'll have to find a new place to set up shop, at least the funds you'll be receiving from the future Gromril mine helps ease the pain. [Cost: 1 action]
-[X] Odd Places 1/10: Look on Master Yorri's map and try and discover one of his marked locations. The locations will certainly be odd, but whether they'll be useful will remain to be seen. [Cost: 1 action] Roll for usefulness.
-[X] Teach your apprentices. [Cost: 1 Action] Locked in for 12 turns.
Requests:

-[X] [Simple]Rush Job: The discovery of a large seam of Gromril has left you with a surplus of requests to equip the miners of the hold with the proper gear to get at that motherlode as quickly as possible. [Cost: 2 actions] Productivity Like No Other will proc.

[X] Plan exploit the Gromil
You're very difficult to hate now Mountain, but not even Gromril can make me like you.

Shoving aside more rocks, you see that the rockslide tore open a hole into a naturally formed cavern, and inside you see something that makes your eyes bug out and your mouth damn near hangs open.

That's a lot of Gromril.
Mountain: "Is this enough Gromril to make you like me Mr. Snorri?
Snorri: ".......No."
Mountain: ""

@soulcake so is the largest building in camp the main gathering hall/fortress/temp throne room?
More fortress/planning room than a throne room. Right now the most prominent, as in have the most members here, clans are coordinating with each other to allocate resources and get the main hold excavated. It also serves as a defensive center for the camp should the temporary walls get overrun. Not a lot of gathering and celebration until things get squared away.
