I'm not going to weigh in on the logic of either side's arguments, but I will ask that everyone read over what they write and really consider if the words they used are polite and won't be inflammatory intentionally or not. You cant account for people's tolerances perfectly but at least try to say your piece without saying things that can be easily construed as overly dismissive of the other side of the argument, thank you.

-[X] [Simple] Girded in Metal: King Otrek has come to you with a request to engrave Runes on the Gromril armour of his royal guard, or Huskarls as members of the hold also call them. These doughty elders formed from his honour guard and the best warriors of the other clans seconded to his personal defence. The position is one of great honour for these dwarfs and their clans and rewards great. It is only part of the greater armament program King Otrek is undertaking, as he has commissioned many runesmiths for a variety of tasks, but the lives of these dwarfs and by extension his own, he only dares entrust to you. There is no rush, these are dwarfs still armed in Gromril armour and weapons after all. [Cost: 1 action] Productivity Like No Other Will proc.

I like this plan, I don't feel like we should be deep in research this turn when we could be arming the King or doing our best to make the Hold's defenses amazing
The other stuff like exploring will have to come later when we're sure everyone around us won't die from a sudden case of Daemons.

Just doing this one because I think that girded overflow will result in better armor rather than more armor

They're the component for a Master Rune of Disguise, which is what was initially proposed to go on the Grander Warmachine to make it basically impossible for enemies to find intentionally. Plus Rune of Accuracy (homing shots), and Rune of Penetration (What it says on the tin) to make a sniper super warmachine.

Suggest taking one action out of depth to add to making armor to the King's royal guard. We likely have at least some more turns before shit hits the fan and we are already working on defenses including using favors to make a giant Gromril gate. Meanwhile the King is heading out on campaign soon and we have seen how overflow seriously boosts our creation as shown with Trollslayer so would like another action to increase the Kings survival odds.

Also do agree whtat we should do one explo action since it's been multiple turns already.

If you want to make that adjustment go ahead. I just put that plan together since people wanted it, though I'm not that keen on exploring myself.

I'm torn between these two. Overflowing on the armor sounds really good, but so does exploring the caches before the demons come.

Pretty much, but I've put it in since well, people obviously want to do it and the idea of Chaos running roughshod over things does have some merit. And because we can do it for one action and still get our defense requests done its like, eh fine. Why I'm okay with stuff that's putting one action into research for example. Doing research is fine, but more than one action into it is pretty prohibitive.
