You should see We Stand In Salt on the bad days.

Yeah, I recently ventured there. They managed to get the first infraction within hour of update.

It will hopefully adress our over-the-mil-cap thing *and* grant cultural unity via shared big event.

I am unsure if the winning options will make our martial problem better?

Go for mercenary company like i am, that would drop the martial by 5 points. Then maybe stability and eat ST or law.

Would the provinces just focus on one and complete it, or just leave both of them uncompleted?

Because doing them both is a 4-6 action commitment, and I don't think we have that many.

We need a Main for each extra Forest, whereas before I think we could have done with an old secondary. Direct downgrade, everything is terrible.
I think it just wasn't noted before. That aside, it's not a direct downgrade. Before, forests returned the same amount of Econ as it cost to make them. Now, it provides +1 Econ profit if done as a Main.

Actually the secondary EJ was better than the main anyway, so we're fine with that.
It does mean that it's now merely our best option instead of a ridiculously amazing one.
I'd say that Improve Annual Festival is now better. For the same secondary, instead of gaining 1-3 centralization we spend 1 econ and convert 2 wealth -> 2 art. Unless we start wanting extra centralization for some reason, that makes Improve Annual Festival superior.

Super late, so I really should be sleeping right now.

Please let there be some kind of stability boosting action in the plan, if nothing else.

The Games - Physical competition and prowess are becoming a popular pass time and way for warriors and militia to train. Could a special festival be founded to celebrate this? (2-3? action commitment, -2 Mysticism and Art per action, 2 Econ total commitment) [Elites]

I don't know about you, but the game didn't mention any direct martial drop. Might even create provincial or sub-state unite with rifts. For each winner, losers look in envy.

Us + two from them with one secondary hanging out. Law doubles one and it can't be different then the thing it is doubling.

I'm not sure if it is actually possible with the way Law and Symphony may interact. One of them will probably be uncompleted.

Net -1 econ in exchange for less Centralization. Centralization is effectively free to reduce since Wildcat Prospecting is so powerful.

And narratively, one is about law enforcement and the other is having fun/social unity. Both are useful but one seems a lot more relevant right now.

Centralization is NOT effectively free to reduce. We've had problems with reducing it for a long time now, and while Wildcat Prospecting makes it far more feasible, we have also been told that doing it too much can cause problems of its own.
Hmm... since DL raises the low cap couldn't Wildcat do the same?

This is why when taking in refugees we should improve festivals in order for them to learn our ways we need that law reform asap also we should definitely take the stab building option this mid turn in preparation for the law

I think they are smart and will focus one, and Games+Census probably have some synergy in counting swole dudes, but it is a good question.
@Academia Nut , if we start two megaprojects at the same time, and one of them is Census - so fairly small - will they spread actions equally or start with focusing one project they can one-turn?

It wouldn't be a Martial drop, it would be a cap increase, where we can handle more warriors lacking things to do because now they have things to do.

I suspect it would also be a Wonder (think the Olympics), giving a big increase to Prestige and providing a potential source of Prestige or Diplomacy income for winning.
