It wasn't so much a funny vote as much as people legitimately likeing the idea and wanting to roll with it to see where it goes.TO THREAD
Can I please ask that you not try for funny votes so close to the deadline again? It can be funny once, but doing it more kills the joke and seems spiteful.
So, what, some of the flip-floppers went back and deleted their votes when it got close to being time and they realized they didn't actually didn't want a tie?
Not seems. This was a simple, malicious attempt to disrupt the quest for no reason other than to disrupt the quest.
We had one happen just a turn ago from the clan adoption rules.in a game that i can't remember having a stab loss for an option that didn't mention it
Riots have been confirmed. Riots and stability losses go hand-in-hand.We also had no good reason to believe it would actually cause stability loss other than a few people being very paranoid.
There's no trolling. There's no facetiousness. I WANTED A TIE AND VOTED FOR IT.It wasn't so much a funny vote as much as people legitimately likeing the idea and wanting to roll with it to see where it goes.
There was serious interest there mate, stop treating it like it was a malicious or careless act.

You mean Crow's temple?Fythhagyna so powerful! Fixed the drought before we even had her temple up!
I think this livestream should be our go to for when we feel the need to counter sadness.TO THREAD

I believe this thread is starting to get salty about religion, so here's a livestream of rescued feral kittens!
Actually, I wanted both. As did most of the tie voters. I hope that there is this massive riot on the verge of happening, when a small group of people come in with WHY NOT BOTH written on a huge banner. Now to see if those dedicated to selfishly ensuring their favored god won at the cost of the people in general also exist in the people in general rather than the thread alone.
It's a shaman riot. From how AN phrased it, it seems to be a semi-frequent thing.Riots have been confirmed. Riots and stability losses go hand-in-hand.
I was voting for Crow the whole time. I never tried to do any tactical voting or the like. I think there are lots of good reasons to go with Crow in our Grand Temple. But compromising and living with people who are different are important traits of our civilization. Some of our most important. About half the player base wanted Crow, about half wanted Fythhagyna. I think a compromise is totally within the spirit of the People. So, what, some of the flip-floppers went back and deleted their votes when it got close to being time and they realized they didn't actually didn't want a tie?

I don't think that this should have qualified as a tie.
@Academia Nut: Don't reward the trolls. They wanted a tie. Don't give them what they want.
That's a pretty serious accusation for something that was not only said to happen anyways, but was more than likely just AN saying something funny about the entire ordeal.Riots have been confirmed. Riots and stability losses go hand-in-hand.
Luckily it sounds like we may have gotten an automatic Enforce Authority from sending in the troops, which pushes the chances down to ~7%. And this does have better results if we get lucky.
Did you mean to quote me, or are you agreeing with me?There's no trolling. There's no facetiousness. I WANTED A TIE AND VOTED FOR IT.
Stop libeling please.
The People are more about assimilation than compromise, actually.I think a compromise is totally within the spirit of the People.

Then if you wanted both, you should have asked beforehand if we could have voted for two. That way having them both would have had it's own ticket instead of riding on the coattails of the other options.Actually, I wanted both. As did most of the tie voters. I hope that there is this massive riot on the verge of happening, when a small group of people come in with WHY NOT BOTH written on a huge banner.

Agree with you. That's a pretty serious accusation for something that was not only said to happen anyways, but was more than likely just AN saying something funny about the entire ordeal.
Even worse, if you want to take it seriously, a tie would be the best way to avoid a riot.
Did you mean to quote me, or are you agreeing with me?
I don't think that's true. The People are more about assimilation than compromise, actually.
Doesn't sound like assimilation to me. Sounds like being accepting of people who are different.Cosmopolitan Acceptance
The People see not outsiders but fellow humans in need of assistance, and are always willing to offer aid, knowing that even when friendship is uncertain the act of offering is a cleansing one.
If any of you wanted both of them, then you should have voted both, not set out to manipulate the vote itself.
