I'm down to tell the whole prophecy but I think we should be vague about Toffee. Sure, warn him the lizard is dangerous but we don't know enough about their interactions and we don't know toffees full humanity destroying plans IC to blab it.
We know enough to know that Toffee may want to destroy all of humanity. At that point you don't fuck around.

The thing is, if we're vague about Toffee, we talk him up as powerful and dangerous, but in ways Xanatos might find interesting. Especially since immortality is one of his buttons and we might well mention that.

The only way to make sure we don't accidentally swing Xanatos towards Toffee, in my opinion, is to tell him enough that he sees Toffee as a prospective long-term threat.

If we tell Xanatos too much,he'll just ally with Toffee and stab us in the back for a chance at godhood.
Of course,he's probably already Bill's new lieutenant.

This Xanatos has probably been on the bad side of Oberon's temper.

If that is the case, Xanatos is NOT going to endanger his son by welcoming Bill's tyrannical rule and asking to be one of his horsemen of the apocalypse.

NOTE TO EVERYONE: I'm flexible on the dino-mount vote; if there's heavy support for switching I'll switch.

[] Plan: Xanatos vs. The Forces of Evil
-[] Tell Xanatos everything you know about Toffee
-[] Tell Xanatos Celena's prophecy verbatim
-[] Ask Xanatos what he thinks about Shego
-[] Utahraptor

Hmm, people have mentioned that blurting out our alliance plan upfront would be more in-character for doof. Does that mean that NOT doing so would make Xanatos more suspicious, and thus less useful, due to the obvious OOC ness? If no I might actually shift my vote to telling him upfront.

Another reason for my planning:

If we go all out on telling David about TOFFEE and the prophecy before "innocently" segueing into asking us about Shego, I fully expect Xanatos to be smart enough to catch on to our idea of an alliance without us having to say anything and instead David openly muse about that idea himself, therefore giving control about the alliance plans back to him and not snubbing him.

Rather convoluted, I know, but worth it imo.

Can people post what time the Interlude was posted for them and what time it is for them now? Apparently, there is a debate about what time it is

My proposed plan.

[] Plan Quid Pro Quo but Wait, There's More!
-[] Allude to Toffee being a problem
-[] Tell Xanatos Celena's prophecy verbatim
-[] Ask Xanatos what he thinks about Shego
-[] Hybrid dinosaur horse

Like I said earlier, prophecy to pay him back for the invite, hints re toffee to show we've still got more in the bank and to use "foot in the door technique" since we really aren't allies (yet hopefully)

My clocks only show ~1hour has passed

It's 6:23, where I am right now. When it was 6:13 SV said that the interlude was posted "58 minutes ago". Now it says posted at 5:12 PM.

My one sticking point on this vote is that we don't take half-measures if we're going to mention Toffee.

If we're going to mention the immortal lizard wizard to the magic loving man who wants to be immortal, we should, at the very least, do so in a way which emphasizes that he is a very spooky murdery warlordy fella. Vaguely informing Xanatos that Toffee is a cool powerful magic man would not be optimal.

Bill:I'M NOT A TYRANT I'M A LIBERATOR
AND I WON'T HURT THE KID SO LONG AS HE DOESN'T SPRAY MY EYE.DON'T SPRAY MY EYE!

Its says it was posted at 2:12. Its now 4:28.

For whatever reason my clock says its been 2 hours.
Also does anyone know how to add pictures from home computer?

If you look at the text:
[ ] Allude to Toffee being a problem
It doesn't talk about him being immortal or magic. Now, if Xanatos goes digging, he could very well find that, but given what Tobe was able to dig up I'd bet a considerable sum on him being able to figure out that Toffee would be a poor partner.

I think the issue is that some people might not have browsers that display Daylight Savings, I know that's a problem for me, living in Arizona I have to mentally correct that stuff all the damn time.
