The monster "hit" squads, sure. We know about them, in the sense that they were inept and prioritized stealing Star's wand over killing her? And also, that Star was starting to pity them for not being all bad.

Basically, everything Toffee has done so far (that we know) could neatly fall inside the narrative of "led a successful revolution against an oppressive regime". If we don't know how much Xanatos already knows (and if Toffee reached out to us it is possible he reached out to other people he talked with at the Sands, like Xanatos), telling him what little we know might actually lead him to dismiss our concerns as being overly sentimental.

We don't know about the genocide, but we literally know that he has monster hit squads, on Earth. That takes him a bit past being a noble liberator.
 
Let's prove we learned our lesson from the Commodore, Xanaboy wouldn't ally with Toffee without making his own investigation first anyway, let's give all the details we can so he and his people doesn't take any unneeded risks.

Yeah, okay, point. But do we have proof that his hit squad has actually hit anything? Besides trying for Star? Or even evidence of that?

I feel like if we knew Toffee murdered somebody earthside, that'd have been more relevant.

Edit: I mean, WE have hit squads. Xanathos has hit squads. Do we have anything that takes Toffee past the "potential threat" stage, which all Kings already are?

You know, I said I'd let other people argue, but come to think of it, people act like Xanatos is gonna stab us in the back if he finds he wants to buy Toffee's sexy swimsuit calendar badly enough, but that's really not his style? If he does find potential appeal in allying with Toffee, us telling him how bad Toffee is and what his ambitions are would more likely end with him positioning events so that he could either stab us in the back for Toffee OR stab Toffee in the front for us, depending on whether we were telling the truth about how bad he really is.

If we only make vague overtures, then he's likely to start drawing his own conclusions after doing his own investigations, which means he might not be able to find some of the information we have that he currently doesn't.
 
Say didn't Janna went to him in the what if "future"? It's prossible he also knows something about Toffee already as they already met and drink together in the gala.

If a partnership is to be formed information has to be given. Xanatos is an ally we want and he has a right to know who we plan on going fisticuffs with if we want him to consider having a closer partnership with us. Best case he jumps aboard the 'SS ruin Toffee's day' and I see worst case being he doesn't take a side. I mean it's Diseased Lunatic of Doofania vs Hard to Kill Lizard, bust out the popcorn :V.

I'd hate to go into something and only find out later what I've really gotten myself into or what was left out. All in all I don't understand why giving information has to be a power play or serve as overcaution fuel, it just strikes me as silly.

Prophecy is such a bad idea to paraphrase/be vague about. Give the whole shtick or none at all.

Doof going 'Me, you, Shego' I like because it's very Doof as others and I have said, in addition at worst he'll say 'give me some time to think on it' and then refuse to work that close together. In the end we'll still be able to collaborate with him without there being a three way alliance. Best case he already knows we want such an alliance and go 'I already have everything planned'.

Maybe Xanatos goes into the allience thinking Shego's okay with it and Shego goes into the allience thinking Xanatos' okay with it.

That's actually a good argument.
Janna wouldnt have allied with Xanatos if he was incline to join Tofee.

I want to mention that if we tell Xanatos everything about Toffee we will be mentioning the Immortality part and his Magic which are both things Xanatos really wants but, we wouldn't be really mentioning something to make Toffee seems bad.

It's true he conquered his dimension, however, the current US is ruled by Kings that have "conquered" multiple states so I don't think that will make him hesitate to ally with him or to try to use him at all.

About the kill squads, I'm pretty sure other Kings also have them, we're able to form a black ops unit, and "silencing" someone is one of the most commons operations.

There's not really any pragmatism in Xanatos not deciding to approach Toffee at all for what we can't tell except that we think it's a bad idea (and our reason for that being Janna and that we're planning to get Marco and Star in the future).
