    Your work has made me want to do a similar setting to Covenant & Adamvy but based off of the New World. Specifically Mesoamerican Mythology, Native American Folk Beliefs and American Folklore... with a smattering of Norse, Chinese and West African folklore-mythology.

    Eventually stable and functional states will coalesce, a multiethnic democratic one around Flagstaff and an authoritarian one around Yuma; ranchers and others will continue to resettle North America. There will be fighting over Phoenix but eventually the salvage will be tapped out and the economy will have to shift to other areas.

    Nitpick on your Conan thread: Peshawar is not a capital of Pakistan, that is Islamabad. It is, however, the capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa state and still serves the same purpose as you have described - an outpost between Afganistan and Indian Subcontinent.

    Sorry to say I don't think I will. At some point I just felt that they were uh, qu'est-ce que c'est, not very good. Not remarkably bad, just kind of middling to uncomfortable.

    Shadows in Zamboula is probably the most problematic story Howard ever wrote (including the Solomon Kane story set in sub-Saharan Africa), so I can see how it'd kinda spoil the endeavor.

    I'm not sure! It varies per group, of course. Certainly it was the longest campaign I've ever participated in.
