The Rooster Talisman is definitely a useful tool to have which could be useful with certain tasks as well as combat; e.g. using it could be a bonus against the catle moving DC since it could hadle some of the finicky placement of parts.
I'm pretty interested in finding out what's going on with Kat. Could be a hero opportunity...or information on another new threat to the Two-and-a-Half-State AreaWhich interlude are you guys looking forward to the most?
I for one am excited for the Marco/Dickens Interlude.

Should we give it to Doof as a tool/personal weapon? (Probably also do the Darth Doof impression in his downtime.) Or is there a better candidate for the talesman? The Rooster Talisman is definitely a useful tool to have which could be useful with certain tasks as well as combat; e.g. using it could be a bonus against the catle moving DC since it could hadle some of the finicky placement of parts.

if it can be traded among people freely it would probably be smarter to give it to the people going out on missions. So doof may use it during a mission.Should we give it to Doof as a tool/personal weapon? (Probably also do the Darth Doof impression in his downtime.) Or is there a better candidate for the talesman?
I'd actually want to hand off the medalion to Vanessa, on the simple basis of "she could use the stat boost". We could give it to Max, as he's well earned it, but I don't think he wants it.
I think you're all forgetting something:
The talisman is Temujin's personal property. He should get to decide who wears it."We are not thieves. Long ago, you entrusted us with your treasures, Khan, and never did you break our pact. These items we kept from your unworthy successors, we will return to you."
If so let's give the wings to someone else since the talesman is pretty much an upgrade compare between the two and overlapping artifacts don't stack on effects. The talisman is Temujin's personal property. He should get to decide who wears it.

It really doesn't. Gate-locking knowledge behind gender is uncool.
Edit: unless the Chikadees have an equivalent, and we just don't know it.
Bear in mind that we've been told explicitly that the Talismans are like, but not necessarily identical to the ones from the Jackie Chan cartoons. On the other hand, at least one of the Talismans does indeed have pretty much the same power. For information purposes, here are the powers of the Talismans...
Presumably he would. On the other hand, that might not benefit him as much as it would someone with merely human strength.Like, if we gave Hego the Ox when he's already super-strong, would he just get STRONGER?
The Rat Talisman did exactly that in the show to a Gnomekop plastic toy, so that probably would be one way to get the real Buzz Lightyear. Although toys in DVV are a tricky enough concept that I'm not sure what to make of them, since Toy Story... well, we don't know if it's canon or not, I think? What if we used the Rat on, say, Buzz Lightyear? Would it not do anything, or would it make him "real" in some other sense, say, turning his lightbulb-laser into a real laser?

I hope if its canon its more like toon creation of particularly imaginative children or toy creators or proximity to sapient toys becoming sapient due to said creativity. Also hoping its in a similar scale of there being hundreds of thousands at most and not every toy everywhere.I *think* it was implied that Toy Story is canon to DVV Gridlocked, because in the Doc paragraph about Monsters Inc. it was mentioned that Scarers are starting to face resistance from Toys protecting their kids.
Dunno how canon that is to Doofquest, though.

That's sorta what i'm asking. Since Toy Story are already technically alive, in a sense...my bet would be that there's no APPRANT change, Ie buzz is still a toy...but now his laser is real.Bear in mind that we've been told explicitly that the Talismans are like, but not necessarily identical to the ones from the Jackie Chan cartoons.
